Description

Disclaimer: I have a 40" screen. I don't know how well this setup would work on something smaller if setup exactly like this. That doesn't make the addons in this pack any less awesome and essential, though. =)

Acherus Runes is fixed for 4.1, and wonderful as always!

Omni-CC is great, because the Blizzard default buttons make it hard to tell when things are coming off of cooldown if its, say, 30 seconds left out of a 3 minute cooldown. OmniCC just puts the number of seconds or minutes right on the button for quick reference.
Bartender to scale/manipulate buttons.
ButtonFacade to make them more attractive.
Stuf Unit Frames is a great addon, but takes a lot of customizing, imo. Be ready to spend some time getting it the way you like it.
SexyMap is also a cool addon. I make mine as simple as possible, until you hover over it. Makes it less cluttered.
Omen Threat Meter and Recount are faily essential for raiding....Omen more so, of course.
Elkano Buff Bars makes it a bit easier to see what's going on without mousing over things, and can be moved so you can put it closer to your "dashboard" as I think of it. It is currently out of date, but when loading out of date addons, appears to work just fine.
Grid of course is very customizable. I haven't really had a good reason to play with it on my DK, so it is in its default form for the most part.
Titanpanel, of course, is just all around awesome. 40 pixels gets you whatever info you need. Rep, durability, PC/net performance, etc. Essential imo.

KGPanels...this one is more about looks. I like my essential UI bits to look organized and kind of like a dashboard. Having custom panels creates that look. There is also a way to make it so panels behind a target or ToT frame are only there when you have a target, if you like that. I like having it up all the time, personally, for looks mostly.
Also, I leave the Stuf Party frames and standard Raid frames up as well as Grid. Grid is my quick-reference to the health/debuffs of my party, the Stuf party frame and blizzard raid UI are the more informative ones. This is probably not only redundant but clunky to some, so again, customizing Grid to your liking is recommended.
So enjoy, and don't forget to check out plug-ins for DBM, ButtonFacade, and TitanPanel. I didn't list all the ones I have, because its largely personal taste determining what you use. There are a ton available.
Cheers.
