Possible for you to upload the WTF? I'd like to have it set up the same as you do, and I'm horrible at moving stuff around

Hope you find this useful. I've added some comments below, start at the bottom and work your way up for best effect. ichi_san@lycos.com. I'm always interested in other mod options, constructive feedback is welcome. Many thanks to the authors of each mod.

What's not in this pack: Art packs or frames like KGPanels - I don't want any additional artwork clutter, just simple clean look; Rolling Combat Text - Blizz has made some improvements, but if you still want more data flying across your screen there's some good combat text mods; Auras mods - again, Blizz incorporated their own auras into their UI, I find bars and sounds to be sufficient and less visually distracting that auras; Healing, Raid leader or guild management tools - I stand in the back and pewpew, so none of that.

This screenie doesnt show Auctionator, which simplifies AH visits, Postal, for easier mailing, NPC Scan for tripping over rares, Atlasloot, Atlas, or Teksloot. Teksloot is a mod for loot frames that I have positioned on the mid left center away from everything else.

DBM is configured to place warnings where I can see thme but not over the main action in the middle of the screen, and so DBM warnings don't interefere or overwrite other mods. DBM isn't shown in this screenie. Recount is up top right corner under the Titan Panel, set to expand down.

Above the SunnArt frame on the left side I where TipTac tooltips frame is located. This frame changes size depending on the item being moused over, so I set the anchor lower right and tucked it in next to my XPerl frame. On the far left is Kharthus Hunter Timer, which shows the duration of our procs, shots, traps, buffs, and other actions. KHT is set to grow upwards. Mid screen is where JS Focus Bar resides, this handy bar shows focus (nice mark at 40%) and shows hopw much focus I will have after my next Cobra Shot. Across the top is a sting duration timer, on the left are cc monitors, on the right (not shown) is a Hunter's Mark reminder.

Omen Threat Meter gets a prominent position, in this screenie its actually in Test Mode.

Prat is on the lower left, configure to your taste, and Chinchilla minimap in lower right. The other mod in the lower frame is eCast Bar, which I have reduced to one bar that sits in the bottom center under the Bartender action bars. I use this primarily to watch the cast time for Cobra Shot; I have eCast set fairly large (it fills that open empty space mid center bottom) for an easy to see Cobra cast.

Bartender is used for the action bars, all compressed into a tight box. Each large button (used in combat) is hotkeyed (1-0, -, =, Shift and Alt) while the smaller buttons on the right are more for convenience. Bag is compressed into one button. I use Button Facade Zoomed skin. The MD button sits just under pet and focus XPerl frames to allow quick click. Pet frames are tucked in the second row. Fitted into Bartender is GupPet icons, which I use for random mounts.

I moved my XPerl frames down low, just above the action bars. From left to right is my frame, then my target, then target of target (not shown). Right of that is my focus frame and focus target frame (both not shown), and just above them is pet and pet target frame. I turn buffs off of focus nad focus target, and place buffs above every other frame, allowing them to grow upwards. Party frames are along the left edge in Blizz original location, but my raid frames have been moved under the target and target of target frames.

I turned off the bottom bar of Titan and just use one cross the top. This thin strip contains basic info on the left - performance, Raid IDs, bag space, durability, gold, pet info, and location. On the right side, tightly packed are icons for a variety of programs, and a clock. Recount, AtlasLoot, XPerl, Omen, Atlas, Bartender, Prat, and Bagnon are all easily accessible 1 button.
