This is a compilation of Addons made by various people. All acknowledgements for the individual Addons go to their respective authors.

Description

The two addons not on curse that I use are the center circle health/mana indicator (HuD, from wowinterface.com) and the minimap (dMinimap, also from wowinterface.com) The portait target/focus target things to the left and right of my HuD is a neutered version of Pitbull. All the subaddons are turned off aside from portait, and then the frames are sized to only fit the portait. I think I did some other tweaking, I can't remember since it was a while ago.
