Description
THIS PACK WILL TAKE TIME TO CONFIGURE! Mainly with Bartender 4, it kind of sucks. But is really really useful. Please read everything so you don't ask questions that are answered here. This is a basic pack of all the stuff I've found useful to have. Certain things you may want to get rid of if you find that they aren't useful for you (like HealBot-and instead leave PitBull party frames enabled or LunarSphere). The rest of this will give you a brief description of what these can all be used for. And will tell you the Bartender settings. AtlasLoot: If you don't have it, you definitely want this! It allows you to see not only any drop that comes off any boss from any instance in the game (including world bosses) as well as what can be picked up from trash mobs, but you can view recipes from any crafting profession, as well as gear sets, from t-7 to t-10 (so far) as well as the upgrades available for them and PvP gear. It's a necessity. Auctioneer: It basically modifies your auction abilities, it comes with a tool tip that shows current auction values for items and comes with a few extra tabs when you open the AH, also I think it comes with a side bar that pops out from the right of your screen on mouse over which can be turned off. Bagnon: Allows you to open all your bag slots at once and already gives you access to all bank slots without having to purchase them Bartender 4: It lets you have all your action bars up at once (instead of just your primary) as long as you can find room for them and makes them VERY configurable to your wants. For example, in the pictures you will see that I have bars 1 and 2 on the left (1 single row each) and 3 and 4 on the right (one single bar each) as well as bar 5 (3 rows) on the left and bar 6 on the right (3 rows). I also have my bags, micromenu, pet bar (on the hunter), and stance bars (on the druid). I have all bars set to scale .6 and have bars 5 and 6 set to 3 rows and 4 columns. I have moved my XP bar down. You will need to enable most of these bars (as standard only has 1 or 2 enabled) and unlock them to move them around. BTex: It's the addon that gives the Bottom TEXture. It's really just there so that I have a good place to keep all of the Bartender Bars and a place to put SexyMap. DBM (Deadly Boss Mods): Okay, the Vanilla and BC mods aren't actually necessary but it's there for those who want them, what I do recommend is that you get the one titled (simply) Deadly Boss Mods. Most people won't let you raid without it because it's that useful, so get it and never look back. GearScore: Now you can stop annoying people in trade chat to tell you your gearscore, along with anyone elses you want to see. This version of GearScore also lets you click on someone, type /gs and see all their gear along with their raiding experience (if they're within range) or to type in someones name and see these things. If you don't want that option, there is another, more lightweight version of GS that can be found. HealBot: As you can see tagged in the photos it takes the place of my player portraits (except for mine and my pets in the case of the hunter which are there due to PitBull-more on that later) and makes healing very easy. This addon takes quite a bit of configuring too, as you have to program in which spell you want each click to be, but it's worth it. IceHUD: Simply puts my health and power (which in the case of the 3 characters you'll see is mana) around the character. It also puts pet bars on the inside of character bars (see hunter) and target bars on the outside. Bar shapes are configurable. MoveAnything: Does what it says. It's accessible through the Exit menu. It's what I used to resize my buffs and move them where I wanted. That's pretty much all I've used it for. PitBull: Used it to remove player frames (and portraits which you can turn on or off if you want). I kept mine up (so that I can leave party since that's the only way to do it easily) and my pets (on hunter) so I can track health and happiness (I have pets turned off in healbot because it get's WAY too cluttered in 25m raids). Quartz: Makes a bar that allows you to see your cast time and when you can hit the button to recast. It also shows what has stacked on you and what has stacked on your enemy target. QuestHelper: Really I just had this before Blizzard added their own and I hate the Blizzard one so I keep this turned on for mindless questing on alts. Recount: I have 2 or 3 different KINDS of Recount up in these pictures (I know people always ask what addon Raid DPS is) I also have HPS up on the druid. Recount is great, it shows each players individual dps, total damage, damage taken...just about everything you could want to see and shows you what abilities they're using most and on who (good for raid instances when you need to see if ranged is attacking the adds, etc.) SexyMap: It's that really cool looking minimap in the center, it makes it movable and pretty. That's all. Oh, the important thing to know about SexyMap is that once you put all these addons in your WoW you'll see a TON of extra buttons around your map, you can go in through SexyMap and turn off buttons you don't ever want to show. Skinner: Just lets some new skins be available, purely aesthetic. TipTac: I like this addon a lot because it lets me see a bunch of extra information when I mouse over people, such as name, health and power bars, gearscore, guild, and, what I really use it for, spec. Size and placement is configurable through /tiptac Titan Panel: This does A LOT! It's the top bar you see in the pictures with all that lovely info. It shows location, coordinates, shows gold for all character in that realm (that you've logged into), time (that can be left to server or to your local) durability, how much repairs will cost, etc, plus a whole host of other things you can download extra. This addon is just the basic that you see in the pictures. LunarSphere: This one is a bit tricky, it's another action bar (that I have in the place of where the minimap would usually be found). I have it up so I can have spells available that I normally have to have take up bar space or go to my spell book for. For example, on the mage I have portals up and on the hunter I have all my aspects and some pet abilities. I use it mainly for the hunter because if frees up all the bar space. When you first see it it will be the circle you see with a whole bunch of other buttons around it, I only use the circle and the buttons around it, it's too much of a pain the other way.
