    Trion in the past 2 hot fixes put something in to limit the scans a player is able to save. They are really trying to limit the player base from making plat these days because of FTP store and Rex.

    Like pappawolfie said, to fix the scan issue, you have to delete all saved files in your interface folder, that are BH.Lua. There will be BH.lua saved files on all server folders, for every character you use BH with, you will most likley have to delete 5-15 files if you are a long time BH user.

    It wont work if you only delete one or two files. This is the only thing that is messing with scan time, it will fix the issue. Even if you delete BH ah re install it, the old saved scan files will remain, you really have to look and search to make sure all scan files are deleted and 100% clean.

    Deleted all my BananaH.lua files for all my chars, uninstalled, installed 0.4.16 and I'm back in business. Thank you much!

    My girlfriend is having the same issue as of mid-day yesterday. Full Scans are just not completing. I added the code for Artifacts and that's working seamlessly, but I don't have the LUA expertise to figure out what's happening.

    the last time i ran into this issue i resolved it by going in and deleting all the saved scans which it builds a rather large database of them locally on your comp each time you scan which is good to keep yourself current on prices but sometimes you gotta delete those scan files and start fresh you'll get all your prices up to date in no time if you use ah and do alot of scans hope this helps some and hopefully someone picks up this project and continues on the dream that was started i know i love it and use it all the time im just not advanced enough in lua to do anything helpful :/

    @pappawolfie - thank you for offering up something to try. I removed both the database files and the configuration (and the whole addon!) but I'm still getting the same results (not finishing scan). At this point, I"ll try anything. I never knew how hooked I was until it went away

    Hello ever since the patch yesterday. the addon will not finish a scan. I start the scan ,but 5 mins later still scanning.Used to only take a min at most to do a scan. Any ideas as to what could  be wrong?

    I am also experiencing the never-ending Full Scan. I wish I was an LUA coder, I'd look into this, but I'm just not. Please, someone who understands LUA, can you please look into this problem. There's just not another AH mod out there with the features of BananAH!

    My fullscan was fine after the patch but now after a couple of days i am having the same issue as mikelly any ideas for a fix?

    edit: I don't recieve any error messages

    If you'd like to update this to support the new artifact categories, make the following changes:

    Under the BananAH\Misc folder, edit Categories.lua. Replace the line(in my file it's line 18) :

    Thanks, this helped a lot! :) However, this is missing 3 of the artifact subcategories.

    So, replace the line 18 with the line in Abingtapin's comment, and then, above the line that starts '[" weapon"]', add this:

    Almost everything's fine - but it won't let me search under the artifacts/fishing category in BananAH itself. Nothing shows up here - the other categories are fine though.

    If this gets picked up I'd like to put in a fix request.  :)

    Creating a fixed amount Reference Price does not allow for no buyout.  I use Simple for the Model Type, then select Fixed, enter a bid price, zero out the buyout price.  Nothing else is selected because it should just be a fixed amount, but I did test to see whether the other options would make it work and they did not so I left those out.  I save, then save again so the Reference Price has a green dot.  When I attempt to use it for an auction, both bid and buyout display zeroes.  As a workaround I can either manually enter the price in the bid when posting or I can set the Reference Price to have a buyout.

    I got no idea how this stuff works, but I reenabled/fixed enter performing a search in the search tab, if someone were to pick this up, fork it, or whatever, feel free.

    File: SearchFrame.lua

    Delete Lines 519 and 525 and replace the "\13" on line 512 with "Return". It should look like this:

    Feature request (for whomever picks this up since Baanano's retirement):  Add a frame when hovering over items in your inventory with the market price (or a selectable model's price) of the item. So, hover over Rhenium Ore and the stored market price of rhenium ore is displayed.
