About Cabalist
Cabalist is a simple UI mod designed for Cabalists. Trion did not make a class mechanic for Cabalists and so this addon fixes that by adding one. The intended use of this is so Cabalists don't have to scan through their buffs to see which Sigil (if any) is active or how many stacks of decay they currently have.
This conveniently places the sigil & decay stack info wherever the cabalist pleases. Additionally Cabalist also shows an icon for Sign of Asias when it is active right next to the decay stacks.
It only shows icons if the appropriate buffs exist. For example if you have no Sigil and no stacks of Decay, the UI shows nothing.
You can move the icons wherever you please using the /cabalist move command.
Type /cabalist or /cab for usage.
1.12 Fix for the breaking changes introduced in hotfix in 7/6
1.11 Fixed a bad addon identifier that caused this addon to not function without the Enforcer addon also being present.

/cab or /cablist doesn't bring up the UI am I missing something?
Does this work after the 1.5 patch? I'm using it for the first time and neither /cab or /cablist brings up anything. I see no GUI.
