About Carnage Book
Basic addon that checks completed quests against a dump of the discovery quest database, looking for missing Carnage quests.
Sadly, there's no easy way to work out in which Carnage quest you're missing when you're staring at a 28/29 completion total. This addon attempts to fill that gap by listing out which carnage quests haven't been completed, or picked up, in a particular zone. Additionally, the objective text is printed out for each missing Carnage quest.
Usage:
/carnage Will list out missing carnage quests based on your current zone
/carnage Zone Name Will list out missing carnage quests for the given zone
Updated with 05-DEC-2012 discovery data.

This add-on makes it impossible to move my cursor to a different window in Windowed Fullscreen Mode. It works great, but I wish it did not break this useful feature of Rift. Thanks for the add-on; I would appreciate it this aspect got fixed however!
Are you sure you have the right addon? Carnage Book doesn't utilise any UI elements, so I can't imagine any way that it would prevent your cursor from changing windows.

I have been looking for my last carnage in Steppes for almost 3months now.. and now within 5min i was done :)
Just a tip, add
"/carnage Will list out missing carnage quests based on your current zone
/carnage Zone Name Will list out missing carnage quests for the given zone"
in the chat window at login so ppl dont have to come back here to check the commands.

You guys are silly, if thats your problem add another chat box that does not have chat and keep it there just for the addon info.
what is the filter for AddOn text to go to specific chat windows?
Thanks for this helpful addon :). But I'm the same opinion like jkmarquis - a separate window would be much better to show list, if it's possible to do it.
Helpful addon, but might be better if the list wasn't in chat. The list keeps moving as chat continues. A separate window with the list would be preferable.
