About Combat Alerts
<u>What is it?</u>
Combat Alerts is an addon designed to keep combat exciting and informative.
With Combat Aerts, you will get a message, or alert, up on your screen whenever you contribute to a kill, or an enemy contributes to your kill.

Combat Alerts is very customizable and flexible.
Users have the ability to modify all text, as well as variables that decide which alert shows up when. These modifications can then be saved in account-wide profiles, and easily loaded onto any other character on your account.
Combat Alerts provides different font options as well - there is something to fit everyone's taste. (See examples of all different fonts in the provided screenshots.)
Combat Alerts is based heavily on Book of the Fallen.
Combat Alerts defaults to Book of the Fallen's settings. Book of the Fallen's original text is also available via the preset botftext, accessible via /calerts loadpreset botftext.
Combat Alerts allows you to choose if you want to show alerts only in PvP, only in PvE(boss fights only, similar to Book of the Fallen), or both.
Combat Alerts has numerous preset configurations as well, to help you get started.

Combat Alerts is based heavily off of Book of the Fallen, a RIFT mod by NerfedWar.
NerfedWar's Book of the Fallen was heavily modified by TimeBomb, and morphed into Combat Alerts.
CombatAlerts was made and released with NerfedWar's full consent.

- Attempted bug fix of odd/wrong names being displayed sometimes when something dies.
- PvE and All mode will now show all monster kills, even normal mobs.
- Killing Blow Only mode added. Use /calerts kbonly {on/off} to toggle on or off. When toggled on, only alerts of you getting the killing blow on an enemy will be shown. See documentation for more info.
