About nkWardrobe
nkWardrobe helps you in maintaining and changing your equipment sets.
Addon button
The addon will display a 'nk' Button which allows for quick configuration of all of my addons. So all my addons (if you installed more than one) will use that button. By Left-Clicking on the button you'll get a menu where you can select 'nkWardrobe'. Then again a new menu will show up allowing you to activate 'sets' and access configuration.
Set button
You'll find a new 'set button' below the minimap. Using this button you can switch very easy from one set (role / equipment / nkRebuff Set) with two simple mouse clicks.
LeftCick will show the sets which are configured (icons) RightClick + Drag will allow you to move the button around CenterClick will open the configuration
Equipment sets
When displaying your character screen an additional frame will be displayed where you can maintain your equipment sets. You can set up as many equipment sets as you like.
Configuration
In the configuration you setup the addon (mostly the set button) and maintain the various sets. You can set up the switch buttons with options like roles and nkRebuff sets. You can specify:
- an equipment set which should be loaded when activating the set
- a role which you want to switch to when activating th set
- an icon for the set to be used on the set button
- if nkRebuff is also installed there'll be another option to specify which nkRebuff Set should be activated
- if Karuul Alert is also installed there'll be two options to specify main and sub set
Please note that for most changed in the configuration screen you'll have to /reloadui for them to take effect.

Grundsätzlich nehme ich ja jede Fehlermeldung erstmal ernst; man weiss ja nie. Aber das fällt mir bei Deinem Comment äusserst schwer.
Ich schlage vor, Du öffnest mal Dein Bankfach und schaust da rein. Die API erlaubt nämlich Gegenstände in die Bank zu legen, auch wenn kein Banker irgendwo in der Nähe ist (z.B. Instanz). Ist mir auch schon passiert, dass ich den Button 'Auf die Bank legen' aus Versehen gedrückt hatte und schwups nackt da stand. Die Items sind dann aber schön säuberlich auf der Bank abgelegt.
Falls Sie nicht auf der Bank sind, dann kann ich Dir auch nicht helfen. Die API kennt genau einen Befehl ein Item zu löschen und der Befehl ist nicht im Addon drin. Das Addon hat keinen einzigen Befehl drin, der irgendwie bewirken könnte, dass Du Ausrüstung verlierst. Wenn das doch so ist, dann hat Trion einen Fehler in ihrer eigenen API drin. Nur wenn das so wäre, dann wäre die Seite hier und das Forum von Trion voll mit Beschwerden ;)

Is there by chance a command that will allow you to just switch equipment sets? I have a macro to switch roles (along with keybindings) so I would like to be able to add a line to my macro to switch to a different equipment set (but not use a wardrobe set becuase I don't want to switch roles), is this possible?
Yes something like this woud be possible. However no gurantuee on when I'd find time to build such a change.
you might want to look into /savequip # and /loadequip #, if i'm understanding you correctly. just add it to your role switch macro.
yes, i know. my reply was to his question about macro'ing equipment switches. it's as simple as creating a macro with:
/role 1
/loadequip 1
(or role 2, 3, etc. loadequip 2, 3, etc.)
this addon is nice, but i found it more than i needed.
nkWardrobe in it's latest incarnation does a lot more than the simple /loadequip /savequip macro. It gives you a graphical representation of the items in a set and allows you to move them from / to your bank with a click of a button.

Seems like a great idea. I got a mountain of lua errors using the 'asign current equip' (your spelling error) and it wouldn't bring in 4 pieces of the gear I was wearing.
Error: nkGenie/itemtooltip.lua:57 attempt to index global 'nkitembase' (a nil value) was the first error.
But that was one toon.
A second toon could add their gear but couldn't name equipment sets or wardrobe sets which left a real mess of set numbers if you deleted the default sets.
I'll try again when you get your next version out because this will be very handy once it all gets working.
oh, on the about tab you mention your blogspot blog and then have an email address rather than the blog url.
Are you talking about version 2.0.0 or 2.0.1? The problems you describe were fixed in 2.0.1. Well not saying something else could be wrong, but so far no new erros for me and my guild mates. So please let me know which version you're referring to.
2.1.0 All seemed good for all toons except the one I originally set up then I got a stack of lua errors. Narrowed it down to the mage icons. I set all to the pyro icon then /reloadui and its all fixed :-) no more lua errors and everything so far works perfec including the mage icons. Your addon is great and just what I need. No more forgetting to switch out source machines and crystals. Thanks for this, great work!
2.05 fixed the wardrobe issues (and the buttons), hitting Return after entering names fixes that issue (tab or choosing the next setting doesn't save the name changes). I'm still having the itemtooltip.lua errors every 2 minutes but the plugin seems to be working now despite this.
Your sets are fucked. Please use the following script to reset them:
/script nkWardrobeSettings.equipSets = nil
I've now got 2.03 installed. Today's error is "nkGenie/itemtooltip.lua:57 attempt to index global 'nkitembase' (a nil value)" on all toons. The toon that previously wouldn't add items now has no buttons in the Equipment tab - so nothing to click to test. Other toons that weren't previously used get the error message but the buttons show. None can store information in the 'name' field still.
*The error message I mentioned is the first error .. there are quite a few that follow
Love the addon but just a quick question..
Did you mean to limit it to only 5 gear sets, yes you can hit add and it puts another number in wardrobe set. But the epuipment sets pulldown is limited to 5 and wont go above that. Is this an error or the way the addon is meant to function.
