About Super Meter
Super Meter
Super Meter is a modified Simple Meter, Which uses only 50kb more RAM than Simple Meter
Features:
- View and sort by DPS/HPS/Damage/Healing/etc for both allies and enemies.
- Damage/healing breakdowns by ability for both allies and enemies.
- 4 display modes (All, Self, Top 5, Totals).
- Export stats for both allies and enemies.
- View past encounters.
- Keep track of stats across all encounters.
- Ally/Enemy names color-coded by calling.
Ferather Modified Changes:
- Separated the ability filter list to a separate LUA file, making it easier for you to add you own filters.
- Separated the damage and healing options in the ability filter tables, this will allow you to remove an ability for example damage but not from damage taken.
- Abilitys that cannot be dodged, blocked or parried have been added to the filter list and wont show as blockable/avoidable in the data tooltips.
- Added absorbs, avoidance (dodge, parry and resist), blocks, deflects, miss and over healing.
- Added damage types to tooltips (Life, Death etc).
- Added combat data tooltips and player death log.
- Added frame grow up/down option, right click the title to change it.
- Added a font to make text more smooth and viewable.
- Increased the max encounter size to 88.
- Increased the frame size slightly.
- Smoothed out the GUI.
- All commands and loved features remain :)
Up Coming Features
- Will be attempting to add absorbs to healing, but might have to wait for patch 1.7 :(
- Will eventually add interrupts when I have a list of interruptible abilitys, wont work for pvp.
- Waiting for API support to add dispells aswell.
Installation Instructions:
You may need to uninstall Simple Meter first and remove its SavedVariables:
Rift\Interface\Saved\youremail\yourshard\yourcharacter\SavedVariables\SimpleMeter.lua
- Download the addon.
- Open Rift.
- From character select, click the "Addons" button at the bottom.
- Click the "Open Addon Directory" button.
- Wait for the directory to open up.
- Put the SuperMeter folder into that directory.
- Return to Rift.
- Click "Refresh".

This addon is great, but I would like it if we could move the bars that show up when you target something, cursor over it / someone in your group does? I've moved it before and it just reset.
Does the addon still start parsing when you start combat or has an option been added to start parsing when a raid member starts combat. Because that is the main issue I found with simple metre
I do like the new features/tweaks comapred to SM, i have 1 problem with it tho. SM align to the top of the window, ur addon is align to the bottom when the player number changes. This makes it a bit annyoing, cuz when i for example checking various data by clicking the arrow to see the different combat encounter logs, I always have to move my cursor above/below too, instead of just spamm click the arrow w/o moving the curzor. So basicly the next/last encounter button's position changes everytime I click on it. Can u fix this? Or if u like the way it is now, can u make an option for the rest of us, so we can choose whatever align we like? Thanks
The original reason for this is for people who want the addon at the bottom of their screen and want the addon to grow up, If is not the case for you then right click the addon title (Super Meter) this will change the direction the addon grows. By default the addon grows down, like SimpleMeter, You may have accedently right clicked the title. The main bar for the addon will always move when in grow up mode, theres no way to make that different. If you set Super Meter to top5 mode the addon shouldnt move at all when in grow up mode.
Great job improving on SM! One thing though, it created a list that pushed the top of the window up off my screen, so I was no longer able to click to clear it or move it back down so it would once again be all on the screen. Doing a /sm reset didn't help as the top was still off the screen. Still trying to figure how I'm going to fix it.
Should be the same as the normal SimpleMeter, just click in the green or red section to change it to top5 or so on, and again same as normal Simpleter if the total number of people/mobs is bigger than your screen then the addon will go outside the viewable area. Ill try to find a fix for that, I usually just use top5 and scroll down using the mouse scroll to view others.
