About Whimsey's DoT Timers
Simple DoT timer.
Was originally just made for myself, but people in my guild showed interest in it, so here it is. Comments, feedback and feature request are welcome.
/WhimseyDots for config. Remember to press ESCAPE if you have been editing any colors.

- See all changes on the "Movable Frame" as you make them.

What's missing / Planned
- Ignore list for spells
- Switch for enabling/disabling DoTs, HoTs, Debuff, and/or Buffs.
- Show DoT on multiple targets (e.g. Focus target aswell)

The addon is based off the Zorba's Debuff Timers example from Trion.

It is really great addon man! I would only ask you for two thinks to make it simple, yet perfect:
1. be able to hide dots on target nameplate (the window with face, life, mana, etc.) as it is not possible ingame.
2. to be able to activate second window with your dot timers that shows dots on my character and again hides the game default dots.
Can you do that? :-) nice job anyway ;)
Waiting for an update more customizable
Be nice if you could show a few more things like Heatwave and other buffs.
The addon tracks your DoTs on the target. It is not a buff/cooldown tracker. Since this addon is not mage specific. However I get what you are requesting, and at the moment I use a different addon to track these buffs.
But I will see what I can do about your request. If it would be best suited in another addon, or incorporated in this.
Is there a way to move the timers to the left of the screen, I've tried /WhimseyDots -200 600 etc and it doenst seem to do anything.

I am updating the addon at the moment! I am adding a GUI where you can move the bar on the screen, and select height, width, text sizes and colors. I hope to have a new release out in less than 24 hours.

Yes! I am working on making it more customizable, adding features and fixing the small "bugs"/annoyances.
It is called "MinUI". However it only looks good, but can't be right clicked. Maybe it has been updated...
absolutley fantastic addon, been waiting ages for somebody to make this addon for rift!
is there anyway at all to resize the width of the bars? and are you planing on making the bar draggable instead of putting in the co-ords
Hye just wondering what the Unit frames addon is in the screenshot. I don't see any unit frame addons at all on this repository. Is it a personal addon? I would kill a couple dozen baby seals for them so much cleaner than the default ones. Also are those nice clean buff/debuffs part of the mod or are they a seperate mod (the square icons with the timers not directly on top of them. Thanks!
The addon only contains the DoT timer in the middle of the screen. Sorry for the confusion. The unitframes and the buffs/debuffs on top of them are a seperate addon. I do not recall what it is called, but I will find out when I get home!
Would it be possible to update so that when a dot falls off the bar persists rather than disappearing? Of course it would be best to make that feature optional.
