About WifeAggro
WifeAggro is a combination stopwatch and countdown timer to minimize the chance of catching wife aggro. Don't hit her enrage timer!
You can also use it to time recurring events, like boss abilities and the like.
Instructions for Use:
- Left-click and drag the clock icon to move the timer around the screen.
- Right-click the icon for a list of options.
- To enable a countdown, drag the sliders to the appropriate number of hours, minutes, and seconds to countdown, then click Start.
- Use
/wifeto see a list of options
Features:
- Operates as either a stopwatch or a countdown timer
- Customizable alert when the countdown is about to expire
- Auto restart countdown upon expiration
- Slash commands are available to macro timer commands
- During a countdown, the time background indicates the amount of time remaining

This is a great addon, and has been really helpful; however, as of the latest update I've received an error report that the addon will not function correctly. I used compatability mode, but that will only work for a little while, and could cause the addon functionality to break on the next patch. If you are still updating the addon please take the time to make it compatable with the latest version of Rift! Thanks again for all of your hard work and have a wonderful day!
Because the popup window for the settings is at the timer instead of centered on the screen; I am unable to place this on the right of the screen as the configuration panel is off the screen. Also, if it's too close to the bottom section of the screen I can't close the window as the button is in a section of the config panel that's out of the screen boundaries.
This work well as a reminder to post info in chat for recruiting or notifing guild members of events on a regular schedule.
Great add on, do you think we'll be able to tie in a personal .wav file sometime? Perhaps get some font/color options? It's simple and works exactly as intended (and I use it ALL the time), but a little interface porn would be sweet.

The API doesn't (yet) allow us to play sounds, but that is certainly an option I will consider whenever the API does allow that. As for font and color options, I can definitely do a color option for the text, the alert message, and the alert colors. It may take a bit, but I could probably add in a font option.
I wouldn't expect anything any time soon, as I'm currently extending the function of my Altometer Addon to include item and achievement information (especially item info).
First off, awesome. Secondly, awesome again! I can't wait to see the future of this addon. I use it so much, it's great to see you have plans for it, when the game allows it and of course whenever you get to it. :) It's certainly fine as is though.
I REALLY can't wait for to update altometer. Back in my wow days I was a huge fan of altoholic and I love altometer for that reason. It's like the cousin of that very beloved addon. Anywho, I'm about to update both and just wanted to say thanks for the great work and addons!

timer I use it to try to beat my best 100% forge time (among other things).. Like timing the breaks of a guildee, swear the guy is pregnant and the baby is sitting on his bladder.
