Auto Equip Ammo

Description

Automatically equip any ammo of the same type equipped if you are not at max ammo. This addon will do a check for usable ammo every time your bag changes. This will allow looted ammo to be automatically equipped and save time and money for a Scout. Rogues will find limited usefulness out of this, but if you just equip the ammo type that drops the most then you will most likely not have to worry about running out ever.

You can also buy and unpack your arrows into your transmuter and they will be equipped as well. this will allow you to run with a quiver size of 6000 without sacrificing any bag space

Known Issues

I have not tested it will all the different types of autoloot/autodrop addons. I use Lootomatic and it seems that my arrows get equipped before the auto drop gets kicked in

  • Will now only requip ammo if the character frame is not open. This should prevent the possibility of endless loops if you are trying to change ammo types.
  • Hooked into XBar's Ammo button to display the total amount of ammo equipped and in your bags instead of just equipped.

    when i add this add on it bugs my mage/priest out and i can't do anything bag related or use my mount without her lagging  out and the statement "cannot use " coming across my screen. i have 3 other toons i play and it does not effect them at all .

    Unless some other addon is doing it for me, it seems the client already handles re-equipping of arrows when they run out, if you have more of the same type.

    if you are habe 1 arrow left
    and shoot it, an error will occur
    and the game client will check
    if there is ammo of the same kind

    you cant equip arrows from CS-Shop Bag
    sometimes arrows will land in there

    anyway is your addon more secure because, you will not have this dmg "lack" while the client is searching for the arrows
    and you cant skills which use more than 1 arrow

    Can this be changed to equip the lowest rank first so it rid us of the low rank looted arrows from our bags.

    It could, but I won't. That would not be a desired feature for most scouts as that would lower their damage.
