Description

DailyQuestInfo will rename the Dailies on the daily boards to be more informative

ToDo

  • complete translation the DE locale file
  • thoughts on a tooltip for the quest, with more info, similar to pbinfo's tooltip in the quest tracker - will make a simple addon much more complicated
  • thoughts on organizing the list ascending or descending - might make a simple addon unnecessarily complicated

    I got the following error and was unable to use shops, bank, AH, or enter my house!

    call SpeakFrame_Option1_Button's OnClick, line: [string "?"]: bad Argument #1 to 'ChoiceOpinion' (number expected, got nil)

    It must b effected by one of the other addons I am using! TY

    Great addon, though for one of the quests, it doesn't present the information that this addon should.

    In Logar, there is a quest to collect Boar Tusks. This quest does not follow the name change that the other quests have.

    Could this please be fixed?

    I'd also like to see info on the xp rewards, inline. As i use the dailie quests to level my sub, i only tend to pick the quest with the best xp reward. Then i churn it out for 10 completions, switch, and turn in (if possible). So xp information would be very nice to add.

    there is limited space on the line and the xp is directly related to the quest lvl so i don't see the point in wasting space for the xp

    This addon presently makes your game soft crash upon logging in due to a typo in the code.

    dofile("Interface/AddOns/QuestInfo/Locales/"..string.sub(GetLocation(), 1, 2)..".lua");

    should be...

    dofile("Interface/AddOns/DailyBoardInfo/Locales/"..string.sub(GetLocation(), 1, 2)..".lua");

    that was a mistake in version 0.9, it was fixed in 3 mins with 0.91

    Ahh, yea, I got it as soon as the project was approved, I saw it get approved in #RoMUIDev on freenode, there is a bot in there that tells me projects get approved or updated. It's pretty nice.
