About Enable System Chat Setting

This addon automatically re-enables the checkbox to hide or show system messages in the main chat window. This functionality was disabled back in one of the 2.0.x releases for no justifiable reason, so here's a way to bring it back!

No "enable" button is necessary now - box will automatically enable when opening the chat settings window.
