Nice to have seemingly well known dev tools but I have stopped playing wow in 2005 so bear with me ..... where can I find AceAddon, AceLocale, and AceTimer and what do they do ?

yes very nice to see ace comming to war, but can we keep the addons to one site this time? ie on curse :P as to make it easier to update and so forth :)

Yes yes. I just found the old Ace website for Warhammer. I used to love going over the posts to see what was going on. I had just started trying to get my toes wet with Lua and such when I stopped playing WoW for some reason or other. Anyway, I sure hope that the Warhammer Ace developer website becomes just as active.

ACE is a bundle of function/data/method librarys. If you do not know what this means, never mind. :-) It makes it easier to develop addons, that is the important thing about it.
As an example one of those libs could provide a complete table of items in the game with all stats and in all localisations.

Oh wait. I think I vaguely remember something about these addons. They were a base for other addons? Is that right? Wasn't there a little website about uses for them?
