About ActionBarColor
Tints the entire button red instead of just the binding text if the current target is out of range, out of LOS, et cetera.
2008-10-27 aiiane <aiiane@aiiane.net>
* ActionBarColor.mod
Added dependency for EA_MoraleWindow (to guarantee it will be loaded
for morale button hooking).

THANK YOU!
Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it's possible to tell whether the target is invalid due to Line of Sight or Range, so no coloring the buttons differently based on that. Oh well. Fantastic addon, great job!
I have the feeling you're not installing them correctly then. I doubt that there is a bug in the mod that only occurs for you out of all the hundreds of people that have downloaded it, especially in something this simple.
This mod works beautifully, flawlessly and better and sooner then I was hoping for. Had made being a Witch Elf that much better!!! Thanks so much!
This mod does not work eather. No mod you have made works for me. wtf man
Anyone help with install problem plz? I have downloaded a few addons for War and put them in the correct folder ie: Warhammeronline/interface/addons and as yet have been unable to get any to work at all. I am running windows Vista. I gather it is not like the WOW interface with the addon tab somewhere to turn them on or off??
They are certainly in the right folder, correctly unzipped and basically the same process as the ones I used to have for wow.
May be outside the scope of the addon, but with WoW I hated having to stare at my action bars to watch for color change to know I was in range. So I wrote and addon that would play a small unobtrusive sound when I came in range, hence allowing me to look at the world instead of staring at an action bar. Any chance you could add this functionality? I suppose I will do it myself if noone else does, but I don't have a lot of time to invest in learning how to do it.
Aiiane, should most of your addons (namely this one) work when installed with the Curse Client? Sure does make things easy, but I haven't noticed this mod working thus far.
Thanks for all the hard work you put into these things! I love customizing my UI, but coding makes me want to stab myself in the eye with a fork. Its people like you that allow me to enjoy UI customization!
It would be nice if this colored my morale abilities too :) I've really got to squint at those to see if they're in range!
Also I noticed a problem (not sure if it's the mod or at Mythic's end) with the Squig Herder ability "Farty Squig". (This blows up the squig and does AoE damage if it's within 100ft of me.) The button for Farty Squig almost always shows red as if it's out of range, even though my squig is very close, and I can still actually activate it while it's "red'ed out".
Ooooh this will be nice! Thanks a lot.
Thank you, Aiiane! This really important and should be default in the game.
since there is no preview picture i simple made one:
