It works for me.
Try to delete settings (but dont forget to backup it)
Right now I see the medallions, crests, etc for ages before it disappears. The addon rolls on the items, but the problem is that it takes other people forever to roll on it and the window stays up until the all roll for it.

I'll think about it after this summer. ;)
But if you exit game u can do the following:
1. go to folder '%warhammer online path%\user\settings\%Your server name%\%Your character name%\%Your character name%
2. copy 'TidyRollSettings' folder to another character
208452 -- Conqueror's Crest (not 100% sure about this one, as i don't have any conqs atm)
208453 -- Invader's Crest
208454 -- Warlord's Crest
208455 -- Royal Crest
