About Addon Control Panel

Stop logging out of the game just to change your addons!

ACP adds the "Addons" button to the game's main menu (The one you get when you hit ESC). It allows you to manage your addons in game, with an interface which looks similar to the blizzard addon manager. ACP will help you deal with the "Clutter" that multi-part addons and libraries introduce by displaying your addons in logical arrangements. ACP has many features to make your addon list easy to manage, help you with missing libraries, and provide you with detailed information about each addon.

Slash Commands:

/acp - show and hide the ACP window

/acp addset <set #> - enable an addon set

/acp removeset <set #> - disable an addon set

/acp disableall - disable all addons (except protected and ACP)

/acp default - restore the enabled addons to what was enabled last time the UI was loaded

Icon meaning:

Star: Protected addon - this addon will not be disabled when you choose disable all, also if it is not enabled when you log into the game, it will be re-enabled and you will be prompted to reload the ui.

Dk Grey Open Lock: Addon does not supply compatibility information

Lt Grey Closed Lock: Addon has provided compatibility information

Addon compatibility helps you determine if the addon supports the current version of the game that you are running. You will see further information in the tooltip for the addon, and incompatible/out of date addons will be labeled in the main addon list.

Credits:

ACP is based on the work of 2 other projects rMCP, which is a version of MCP modified by Rophy, and MCP originally by Saien.

It's not working for me.... I load the add on control panel up but it doesn't allow me to uncheck or check anything in the list. Basically it's unclickable :|

  • #1059

Are you sure you have the latest?

  • #1057

Can u make a switch for character specific and all characters or make another button for this addon so that we have addons (blizzard) and ACP?

I like th option in the blizard alternative but prefer ur addon, cause of the sets and addon grouping.

Also I getting a LUA-Error when I try to move it:

Thank you soooo much for the update and congratz on getting married!

  • #1048

Cool that you can fix it :)

but why is after some addons "Can only be loaded on request" ?

  • #1050

That is normal. They have no reason to load until they are needed. I wouldn't worry about it, it is a technical thing used to save memory by not loading addons until they need to be used

  • #1061

Is there any possibility to see difference between addons that are enabled but not loaded because of some problem, and addons that are enabled but not loaded because nobody requested them? I may be wrong, but I think that before WoW v6 the former addons were red, while the latter addons were yellow. Today all of them are red, and this fact confuses users and makes them worry about the reason of red-coloured addons.

    Ah okey thx :)

  • #1045

NAtive versio does work but it only has all and character lvl "sets" I prefer this addon cause I can set it up to have Class sets, Raid Sets, ETC. So it still has usefulness.  Thx for the Update and Congraducaltions!

  • #1049

I agree with you. I have pushed another update which only sets per-character

  • #1044

I have fixed the enable/disable display of the addons.

Right now enabling and disabling an addon applies to all characters, I can make it just for the current character also, does anyone have any feedback on what would be more useful.

  • #1056

Can't use ACP after this change. I have, for example, ElvUI on one character and standard UI on other. Disabling ElvUI will disable it for main, which is not acceptable.

I would love to have the current character being the default, but would like to have the option to change on all if possible.

Also, is it possible to incorporate your changes to the default addon control panel window instead of your own?

Thanks allot for your work, really appreciate it!

  • #1046

Current would be best, is there a way to mak it so you cna do both or save multiple sets?

  • #1042

Wow, sorry there was a slight API change since beta that really broke this addon. With my upcoming marriage I have been busy. I have uploaded a fix.
