About AltClickToAddItem

What it does

Alt-Click to Add Item will add the ability to alt-click an item in your bag to add it mail, auctions, or trade frames, or alt-click to buy a stack if reagents.

Donations

I have setup a donation site via Plegie. Feel free to donate if you like this mod. I have put countless hours of time and effort into it along with many people who have helped me. I did not write this mod with the intent to make any money from it, I wrote it to help me with some needs that I saw in-game.

How to get it to work

Just alt-click on something and it'll work.

Commands

There is no interface, it just works.

    I love this addon! It's awesome that it got an update.

    Any chance you could keep a page on WoWInterface updated with it though? I prefer WoWI as a site for keeping track of my addons to update.

    Once I can confirm it's 100% working in 4.x I'll get it transfered over, sorry for not doing that previously, I usually do it, just got lazy.

    I am getting items double linking in chat. when I shift click items as always it always shows it twice since 1.3 patch came out on 9-8-2010... Earlier versions did not have this issue.

    Post a ticket, with a list of addons you use please. The code for this addon is small and nothing jumped out at my as to why you would be having this issue.

    Yup, someone created a ticket with a potential fix. Didn't work, but pointed out what I was missing and was able to fix it.

    Been watching the file forum on WowAce recently trying to discover whether any of my old favorites from early 3.0 are getting revived. Hope you get the release version of r51 (or maybe even r52) finished and posted soon. I love this addon because it makes vendor interaction a ton easier. Thought I'd throw you a shout out and let fans know there might be another on the way.

    have you tried using just this addon, and disable all your other addons? perhaps there is a conflict?

    for me this appears to be working.

    I need your help. I installed this UI and it did not work. I have used CTmailmod forever which had this same feature but it stopped working long ago with a new version. I was using the older version of the UI from CT until 3.0.2 came out and I had to update. My problem is I cannot alt-click anymore to get this to work. It was working up until patch day on tuesday 3.0.2. I tried your UI in hopes it would work and it did not. Can you give me a suggestion on what would NOT cause this UI to work or conflict with something in WOW. Are there common problems? I know I have my self target button set to ALT but I had it set to that for a long time now and it always still worked with CTMailMod.. I changed this button to Shift instead of ALT and still did work with your UI. Are there any suggestions on what could be causing this UI to not work? I really love this feature and it's killing me to use the right click to add things as half the time it does things it shouldn't :O Any suggestions would be awesome :)
