About ArcheoTriangle

Addon was written due to survey inaccuracy :
Store dig sites, store coordinates (data gathering with help from my guildmates and you will help populate) and try to guess the location, keeping track of new nodes you might encounter.
Now holds 101 dig site and 508 nodes (Eastern Kingdom and Outland only)

How to use ?
-Travel to a dig site
-Cast Survey
-Look in given direction
-Click on the button with same color as survey gave
-Addon gives you either stored coordinates that match, either try to guess

When recolting fragments, if coordinates are unknown, it will store it.

If you want to help me gather nodes coordinates, you can send your local storage file to ArcheoTriangle@gmail.com
(you can find it in your world of warcraft folder, under \WTF\Account\YOUR_ACCOUNT_NAME\SavedVariables\ArcheoTriangle.lua

    What does this addon do? There is no description or pictures.

    Maybe its just me, but getting a set of coords just slows me down when I have to go to the map mouseover till I find them and then get there. I find myself able to go faster just flying to the nearest gathermate node in that indicated direction. What if when the mod makes a suggestion, along with giving coords, it highlights the node at that location on the minimap?

    One more suggestion...the UI is a bit oversized, especially the "text status" area below the buttons. Any way to shrink it down a bit?

    The mod is called "Archeology Triangulation" in the TOC instead of "ArcheoTriangle." Someone was asking what mods I were using and I gave them the wrong title and they couldn't find it.

    If you google "ArcheoTriangle," this mod is the first result. "Archeology Triangulation" returns nothing pertinent.

    Awesome mod, BTW. I get this error when trying to alt-clickdrag the minimap icon to reposition it:

    The buttons aren't showing up for me. I have Carbonite, sexymap, tomtom and minimap button frame.

    Maybe make a separate button stack or something? Kinda like the trinket menu? That way you don't have other dependencies or conflicts?

    dig noeds are showing up as buttons on minimapbuttonframe.

    I'm affraid whatever addon you're using to display minimap buttons in a bar is not correctly working with TomTom...
    So I guess you will either have to report that to TomTom's developper or your addon's.
