  • Localized for English, French, German, Russian, Spanish, and Traditional Chinese users
  • On-screen customizable and movable list for the dig sites on the continent you are current on
  • On-screen customizable and movable list of the artifacts you are researching that can be filtered to display only the races for the continent you are on
  • Racial fragment types are shown for each of the dig sites
  • Solve artifacts with (left click) or without (right click) keystones by clicking on the racial crest icon in the on-screen artifacts list or bind a key for a one stop solve shop

    - Ensure the digsite's map icon always has a tooltip.
    - Cleanup.
    - Always update the minimap icons for the nearest site, instead of attempting to cache whether or not they've been shown/hidden. Fixes ticket #557
    - If Archaeology is unknown, return 0, 0 instead of nil for GetArchaeologyRank()
    - Make sure currentDigsite isn't nil in ARCHAEOLOGY_FIND_COMPLETE before trying to manipulate it. Should only happen when digging immediately after a UI reload, but I keep getting reports... fixes ticket #554.
    - Make sure ArtifactFrame isn't nil before checking whether or not it has a skillBar. Fixes ticket #558.
    - If a match has already been found for spellID, don't look for another value.
    - Added artifact template field "usesItemForProjectName" to fix the remainder of ticket #549.

    I'm having the same issue in the deeprun tram and karazhan. fps went from 180 to 4 until I disabled Archy

    In Survey.lua, I had to add a few lines to function Survey:Tick(),

    if (playerPos) then
    distance = Archy.astrolabe:ComputeDistance(, playerPos.floor, playerPos.x, playerPos.y,, lastPos.floor, lastPos.x, lastPos.y)
    if not distance or IsInInstance() then distance = 0 end

    When there was no player position to be had, the addon went potty, but now it's happy again :)

    I had the upper corner issue after upgrading to 1.6.3. I also run titan panel. I had to disable the titan panel top bar to move archy.

    I also think removing the lock/unlock messages in the chat window was a bad idea.

    I'm also having the problem with it staying locked in the upper left hand corner. I've tried all the suggested remedies and no matter what I do I can't move it. All I can do is turn it off to hide it. Luv this mod...but would appreciate a fix! Thx.

    I am also having the problem where the Dig Site and Artifacts list is moving to the top left side of the screen whenever I re-log. I lock and unlock the frames and I still can't move it. This only starting happening with 1.6.

    It works perfectly and fills your Archy.lua with nodes.

    I can't get that one to work, just ends up in a "service unavailable" error after it's loaded for ages.

    Sorry if this is dumb, but how exactly does the distance indicator work?

    i'd like to ask the same thing. the little green box in the middle of the screen, which never changes colour no matter what the survey instrument is flashing. is it a work in progress or should it be doing something?

    I luv this. But 2 days ago the Digsite ans Artifact lists moved to the upper left screen over my character portrait and it will not move. I tried reset, moved my portrait, etc etc but no luck.

    Right click the Archy icon on your minimap. That should unlock the frame so it may be moved.

    Got the same problem, a tad annoying.

    Tried MoveAnything to see if it could help, but no luck.

    Very nice addon. I've had the luxury of watching it as you've consistently added functionality via the Curse Client.
