Features

  • Localized for English, French, German, Russian, Spanish, and Traditional Chinese users
  • On-screen customizable and movable list for the dig sites on the continent you are current on
  • On-screen customizable and movable list of the artifacts you are researching that can be filtered to display only the races for the continent you are on
  • Racial fragment types are shown for each of the dig sites
  • Solve artifacts with (left click) or without (right click) keystones by clicking on the racial crest icon in the on-screen artifacts list or bind a key for a one stop solve shop

    - Ensure the digsite's map icon always has a tooltip.
    - Cleanup.
    - Always update the minimap icons for the nearest site, instead of attempting to cache whether or not they've been shown/hidden. Fixes ticket #557
    - If Archaeology is unknown, return 0, 0 instead of nil for GetArchaeologyRank()
    - Make sure currentDigsite isn't nil in ARCHAEOLOGY_FIND_COMPLETE before trying to manipulate it. Should only happen when digging immediately after a UI reload, but I keep getting reports... fixes ticket #554.
    - Make sure ArtifactFrame isn't nil before checking whether or not it has a skillBar. Fixes ticket #558.
    - If a match has already been found for spellID, don't look for another value.
    - Added artifact template field "usesItemForProjectName" to fix the remainder of ticket #549.

    I really love this addon. The TomTom support makes my surveying much faster!

    Here is a few problems I have:

    -The digsites does not appear on minimap. I think this might be due to me using SexyMap as minimap.

    -I hear no sound when I can solve an artifact. I tried looking in the Interface options but could not see anything related to sound

    Just started Arch and I like this addon a lot. Is there a way to show only the closest site on the minimap instead of them all? This would be a lot more useful and would eliminate the need to keep looking at the world map over and over.

    Additionally, it would be nice if there was an option to also hide minimap digsites when left clicking the icon to hide the arch text (when you're not arching).

    And as long as im listing requests, it would also be nice if that rather large, screen-hogging tooltip also had the option to be "turned off"/disabled along with the info text and minimap digsites, which one would do when they are not working on arch.

    This addon is amazing, thanks for putting it together

    I found a couple issues with the latest release

    Collecting from Dire Maul doesn't change/update the dig site icon with the Night Elf icon.

    Also, if you toggle Alchy off in an instance, and go outside, the TomTom integrations shows up, when it normally hides if Alchy is toggled off

    Looks like any zone change will cause the TomTom Arrow to show up, even if Archy is toggled off

    Also, it would be cool if the color changed for artifacts would change when they can be completed with a keystone, instead of just when you have enough fragments

    I am receiving the following error when attempting to use anything past 1.4c. This is with no other addons loaded. It works perfectly well up to 1.4c, but I would love to have the added features in 1.5.1 =)

    This addon mislabels the Uldaman Entrance Digsite as being in Loch Modan. The whole of it keeps me in Badlands chat. Minor error, but hey, thought you might like to know.

    Also, the Thoradin's Wall digsite is listed being in Hillsbrad Foothills, but it's actually in Arathi Highlands. Again, no big deal, but now you know.

    It's not mislabeled. The locations and zones are taken direction from the game itself and how Blizzard has labeled them.
