    I have Ace3 listed as a required dependency on CurseForge and it should be automatically downloaded when anyone installs the addon with the Curse Client. As for the role not setting, have you tried it on another class/spec? If you look in the main lua file on lines 51-58 you'll see the code for Elemental Shamans and on lines 64-66 you'll see the code for Resto Shamans. These same lines of code set the specs for other DPS and Healer classes. Try reinstalling the addon and deleting any saved variables you may have left over from previous versions of the addon. If you're still having problems after reinstalling let me know and I'll try to get a little more information from you that should help me to resolve your issue.

    Thanks for helping me ; it's the first time I install this addon so.. I'll delete any autorole*.lua in my wtf folder and try again.

    An essential mod if you like to pug Battlegrounds, Tol Barad and raids. It also suppresses role check spam that may occur during Tol Barad and Wintergrasp.

    Setting your role is very helpful to other members of your team especially in a PvP environment. Depending on their experience and how they setup their raid frames, it can help them determine, from a variable group of combatants, the number of healers in the raid, their proximity, healing/peeling priorities, battle rez priorities, etc.

    Just updated the addon. Completely new code, automatically sets role on raid join or on a spec change. Doesn't require any user interaction, it automatically scans your character's spec to determine your role. It also supresses the role check popup button so you don't even have to worry about clicking accept.
