About AutoGratz
AutoGratz will automatically say Gratz! to people in your guild or party that say ding, guild mates that get an achievement, or people that whisper ding to you such as friends.
V4 Features- Separate messages for Achievements, and multiple people getting Achievements.

Can you please explain to me what is "ding" ?
"The message to be displayed when someone dings." What does that mean ?
Ding is the informal term people use for reaching the required Experience Points (XP) to gain one level up on their toon (toon=informal word for character.) It is supposed to resemble the function of many modern devices: When the devices are finished with their given task, they will make a "Ding!" Sound...Like a Microwave, or an oven. Funny thing, WoW doesn't make a "Ding!" sound when people level, but everyone seems to adhere to the term.
The term "ding" originally came from Everquest, where gaining a level produced a very loud obnoxious "CHINGGGG!" Many of the first WoW players came from EQ, so the term (along with others) carried over and remained popular.
Ding means when someone levels up.

I am working on a new gratz addon, which should be ready before Mists.
To Inarii and other who still can't get AutoGratz to work after changing the version number:
The version that curse is d/l'ing/installing is version 2.0.1 not the 4.3.0 version released on 11/29. I obtained the 4.3.0 version from http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info20451-AutoGratz.html and then updated the version number per Endar_Ren's instructions below.
The link does not work, it just takes you to the wowinterface home page.
wow their meanie heads,note to all that want this,if you search gungrats,that works great,it doesnt say the toons name that gets the achievement or w/e,but it does say grats.
They won't let someone take over. I asked the manager and the author, but only the author answered saying "Sorry, no. It has a reason, why i stopped the development."

How to get your AutoGratz to work
Inside the AutoGratz folder in Interface/AddOns in the World of Warcraft directory, there is a file called "AutoGratz.TOC" It can be opened with notepad or wordpad. All you have to do is change the first line
## Interface: 40300
to this
## Interface: 50001
To get to the WoW directory, right-click on the shortcut for WoW and click on Open file location.
Didn't work :-( It's not gratzing anyone
