About BadBoy: Spam Blocker & Reporter
BadBoy Highlights:
- Blocking & reporting spam: gold, hack, phishing, account trading, runescape gold trading, casino, illegal item selling, etc
- A 20 line chat buffer/throttle to prevent people spamming the same message one after another.
- Automatically blocks & reports Battle.net/realid invites from gold spammers.
- Configuration screen by typing /badboy
The following are not scanned and cannot be reported/blocked by this addon: Friends, Real ID friends, Guild, Party, Raid, GM's.
The following channels are monitored: Public Trade/General/etc, Say, Yell, Whisper.

Whispers by level blocker BadBoy_Levels.
Anti anal/etc spam BadBoy_CCleaner.
Remove guild advertising BadBoy_Guilded.
Log all removed chat BadBoy_History.

I'm really shocked that people are only noticing this now. Blizzard removed auto reporting in 4.3.4
Is it possible to make this addon global?
So everyone can report spammers even if they are not in citys?
Example: if someone in SW and im in outland and he caught a spammer in /trade, it will send me the name so i can report him too :)
Spammer will get mute asap!
This idea will make the addon the best! and it has many users :D
No, they wouldn't be eligable for reporting for those people not seeing the message.
I would like to be able to check BadBoy's flagged chat messages whether they are actually gold-spamming material. I have sometimes seen the addon flag people with "normal" names next to those with Adsafsag.
It would be nice if it was possible to view the flagged message in question.
It's quite common for Chinese sellers to use standard names when trying to sell illegal items such as the BoP touring rocket or game cards. They even disguise their ads by mixing them in with words that seem genuine like "wts arena boost" followed by "also 1=10k" or something similar.
You can check messages by enabling the popup feature in the options.

This was part of an add on compilation I downloaded to try out. The UI was underwhelming, but this add on is a permanent favorite. Thank you!
Is there any chance of you putting in a filter for [Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker]? It's annoying as hell, but the BadBoy CCleaner addition to BadBoy will not filter it out.
Are you trying to add the entire item to ccleaner? Try just adding "thunderfury".
I want to ask why did this become from Automatic Report to Manual Report now?

I got the same issue, and talked about it with a GM. He told me that it was not Blizz' fault (after he informed himself about this). Great addon, too bad of the dc's sometimes.
Yes, but don't blame the addon. It is a bug in Blizzard's reporting system. You randomly get dc'd when reporting. Please open tickets and post on battle.net forums so Blizzard fixes it.
