About BadBoy: Spam Blocker & Reporter
BadBoy Highlights:
- Blocking & reporting spam: gold, hack, phishing, account trading, runescape gold trading, casino, illegal item selling, etc
- A 20 line chat buffer/throttle to prevent people spamming the same message one after another.
- Automatically blocks & reports Battle.net/realid invites from gold spammers.
- Configuration screen by typing /badboy
The following are not scanned and cannot be reported/blocked by this addon: Friends, Real ID friends, Guild, Party, Raid, GM's.
The following channels are monitored: Public Trade/General/etc, Say, Yell, Whisper.

Plugins
Whispers by level blocker BadBoy_Levels.
Anti anal/etc spam BadBoy_CCleaner.
Remove guild advertising BadBoy_Guilded.
Log all removed chat BadBoy_History.

Is there a setting you need for it to block Battle.net/realid invites? I've only ever seen it block one long ago but now it never seem's to work when I get a spam invite.
I can't really test this as I don't get them anymore. Is it not reporting them as soon as you receive them, or it's not reporting them when you log on, or both?
Both, Tho I don't get too many only like 1 a week.
I wanted to say thank you for the years you have made this addon. I remember the dark years when I would get multiple gold spam whispers daily. But that stopped when I learned of this addon during Wrath. - Again thanks
People spamming trade selling BG/Arena caps is getting as bad as gold seller spam used to be, any plans to block those?

on my server it's totally must have №1 thing, otherwise chat is absolute mess & useless.
eh.. if only blizzard have it by default, that would be so great.
v11.2 improves detection of fake RBG ads.
Is there any way possible that you can make it target Guild chat aswell.. Ive been looking for an addon to remove all that Gz, congrats crap spam.. and i havnt been able to find any at all.. so i thought id ask you if it was possible to to make this or the badboy_ccleaner able to target the guild aswell.. even if its normally off, then perhaps make it so that we can enable it.

Blizzard removed auto reporting quite some time ago.
Blizzard keeps freaking out about the addon attempting to do protected functions related to the world map and other things. I'll see if I can get the .lua error for you on the ticket site.
Thanks for the report, but investigating it is unnecessary. That particular taint is nothing to do with BadBoy, it's just bad Blizzard code and the broken taint system blaming BadBoy. Disable it and it will blame something else, and something else, etc.
It seems very insistent that it's Badboy levels - yes, it's Blizzard's fault but is there any way to work around it?
