About BarMath

Ever talk to your guild, and they ask how many bars until you level, and find yourself counting them? Well, those days are over, because BarMath does that for you!

A little text on the edges of your XP bar instantly tell you how many bars until you hit your next level!

You can show or hide any aspect of this mod by typing '/barmath' then what element you want to show or hide, followed by 'hide' or 'show'!

All of my Addons can now be downloaded from one convenient spot!

BarMath v2.1 Alpha 1 - Rewritten from scratch for Cataclysm! - Fixed BarMath issues with vehicles! - BarMath now supports the use of Commas in bar data! XP, Money and Rep have been updated to reflect this! - Added a PetXP Bar for Hunters, wanting to get quick information about their pet's level.

    Possible new bug with the latest version. I have the minimap button option turned off yet every time I log in the minimap button is there. I have to turn the option back on then off again to get rid of it. Why does this happen? Shouldn't the button stay turned off (not visible) every time I log on? The option on the main display does not show the box checked when I open Barmath. Other than that I really like Barmath.

    Sounds like a bug in the variable for the minimap button. When I can afford some game time, (or get enough paypal donations for game time) I'll check it out.

    Another bug to fix --- I reached 80 before cata came out & my XP bar disappeared. Now that I have cata & gaining XP for 81-85 my XP bar does not appear. How do I get my XP bar to reappear?

    I really love this addon. I love all the info it gives on the level bar and the rep bar. Are you going to be updating this addon for Cataclysm? Thanks!

    Been thinking about it... A big bug showed up with the introduction of vehicles that I have yet to be able to fix. So until I do, no there won't be a Cata version.

    Been tempted to revert it back to a more hard-coded system like BarMath 1.x, rather than the "addon-system" I build for 2.x. Might fix some of the problems...

    I cannot figure out how to move the barmath bar ingame its near the bottom of my screen, in a place i do not want it , and no where in the options can i find how to drag it to another spot. help ?

    Open the BarMath Options, and turn on the Parent Bar. This will let you click and drag the bar to where you want it.

    I seem to be having a problem where it pushes the EXP bar up one, pushing my Shapeshifting hotbar (Druid) into the chat window. Any ideas what it is?

    Also, love this AddOn. Please hurry and fix.. already miss it, lol.

    Yeah, I've noticed this too, and I'm working to fix the bar-in-wrong-spot bug. Beyond that, move your chat box?

    I'm also working on adding a Hunter-only bar for Pet XP.

    The pet bar problem is back. This time it's with the shamans. Whenever I use spirit wolves, the pet bar either doesn't show up at all, or it shows up underneath the new totem bar from patch 3.2.

    I'm currently off WoW, (money) but I'm still trying to get things working. (Testing the addon on a private server, but that can only help me so much...) I have a few other addons that need attention first, but then I plan to tackle the issues with BarMath.

    the pet bar problem is still the same

    for priest the shadow button is shifted out and for pala the aura's

    Well, it seems that Patch 3.0.3 of WoW fixed the pet-bar issues, proving it was Blizzard's fault that the pet-bar didn't work right.
