    What message are you getting?

    Tooltip: BreedID conflicting with PetCount

I'm trying to get the added tool tip frame from BreedID and your add-on to display together in a pet battle.   In a battle, BreedID seems to cover over Count's tool tip with it's display of the possible breeds and level 25 stats for a pet.  I like having the BreedID tooltip displayed and wish I could see Count's tool tip somehow without having to squint and try to read through BreedID's.  The only way I can see Count's tool tip unhindered is by turning off the in battle display of BreedID's tooltip.

Are you using the seperated display or the one that appears right below the pet name?

  • #115

Yeah, it's kind of difficult do deal with without careful handling the existance of the other.

It's unlikely that I will do anything to improve the situation, as modifying the text below the name is default (and I considered preferred), and the option to move it below the entire tooltip is only available to mimic previous behavior.

It was the option for "use extra attached tooltip" within the BattlePetCount options.  I turned that off and I can see the display I'm looking for now on top under the name.   Still seems like that option and BreedID aren't cooperating though.

    Thanks.

what does the "Show battle pet border notice icon" do?

  • #108

It adds a little astrick to each of the enemy non-active pets if they are a better quality than the what you have (or if you don't have one of that species at all).

    Great addon mate!

I was wondering if it was possible to make the "in Battle Hint Box" movable, or at least able to take more then one position for us usigin different UIs... Currentlly it sits on top of the health bar on ElvUI.

  • #105

Yes please make it movable !

I was just curious if its possible to implement a choose feature, so that you can choose if you wish to see ALL the pets in the area or just the ones you don't have.

Also I haven't figured out how to tell which of the animals I have are rare, common or uncommon once I've captured them.

Okay, I just updated this through Curse Client, and now the game keeps crashing on loading screen if I have this enabled. Nothing else has changed, I can login fine if I disable this. Obviously the problem is with the latest update.

What is your platform (Windows or Mac) and are you running the 64bit client?

  • #102

I didn't do anything that should have affected it.

    How very unusual.

  • #101

I'm on Windows 8 and 64bit. BUT, I just updated this again, now everything works fine. I don't know if it was something you did or whether it was Curse Client screwing up from the start, but it's fixed now.
