About Baud Manifest
Summary
With Baud Manifest, you can browse your inventory as a list, instead of the standard bag layout. Categories can be created to organize the list, allowing you to place items as well as other categories within them. Categories can be expanded to view the contents, or minimized to save visual space. The item list can be also sorted or filtered to help you find items. You can also view manifests of other characters, aswell as a combined list of all your characters' manifests.
Using Baud Manifest
After you've installed Baud Manifest, you can access your manifest simply by opening your backpack. You'll probably want to organize it a bit with categories, so it's easier to manage. The easiest way to get started with this is to let Baud Manifest categorize your items based on their item types. To do this, click on the down arrow in the upper right corner of the display, and select "Categorize by Type" from the menu that appears.
Categories
To create a category, click the down arrow in the upper right corner of the display, and click on Create Category. To rename a category, right click on it and type in a name. To delete a category, drag it out of the display and click on the game world, in much the same way you would delete an item.
Moving Items
When you drag an item in Baud Manifest, the largest available stack will be picked up. To select the amount of an item to move, shift-click or shift-drag the item, and select the amount you want to move (Can be more than one stack). To pickup the smallest stack on your character, ctrl-drag the item. To pickup one of the item, alt-drag it. To move all stacks of an item, shift-ctrl-drag the item.
Using the Standard Bag Interface
You can also access the standard bag interface by using the Open All Bags key, using the bag buttons in the manifest, or by disabling the "Replace Blizzard's Bags" option.
- Caged pets again appear in and can be moved within the manifest

First off, great addon, and don't think I will ever play without it now.
Secondly, unfortunately, I have run into an issue. I am running ELVUI and whenever I hotkey my bags to open, both the manifest and bags open. I disabled the bags in Elvui options, but this seems to only disable the one bag option. Doesn't occur when going to a vendor, or when I shift+b. It only occurs when I hotkey them (b) to open. Is this an option oversight on my part?
Again, great addon and amazing work on the updates, thanks!
it seems that w/the latest update, the 'caged pets' not visible, unless you turn off the addon bug, is back. Might want to look into that. Love the addon!
Fixed in 1.82. Thanks for the report!
Think it's possible to allow moving of catergories and their contents between bag and bank? The same way you move folders in a file manager like Explorer/Finder.
To be blunt, it would be great if we could have full file manager like functionality. :) E.g. multiple item select/move ...
Maybe queue the moving of items if WoW only allows transfering of one item at a time.
I can't find a way to keep things sorted A-Z while using the seperate categories. Seems like an obvious thing to have the addon do, so am I missing something here? Thanks a lot. Found the addon via addon spotlight on joystiq, it seems nice if I can get that one thing sorted out.
I second this! I came here to check the addon after Joystiq recommended it and I'm too missing the alfabetical sorting! Please add it to 'to do list' :))
tyvm for the update. love this addon.
Many thanks!
Open the BaudManifest.lua.
Search for "ItemAnim" on Line 2229
Originale line:
_G[BagSlot:GetName().."ItemAnim"]:UnregisterAllEvents();
replace with
-- _G[BagSlot:GetName().."ItemAnim"]:UnregisterAllEvents();
This should fix the Error from RunawayCurse and Khassie
Thanks a lot! :)
Since 5.1, I'm unable to open the arrow to see my individual bags, and also cannot open/view my bank bags from my backpack as I used to be able to do. Help please. :)

Heya, not sure if you were aware, but since official MoP launch, the addons got a teensy problem. When you cage a pet from your pet journal, and it becomes a BoE clickable pet once again in your bag, they seem to vanish and not show up at all anywhere in any of the categories for Baud Manifest. When I turn off the addon, they are right there in the default inventory, in whatever bag had the free space to hold them. Just thought that ya might wanna see if that was a fixable thing w/the addon, or a boo-boo on Blizz's end. Ty! Love this addon to death.
1.71 will add basic support for caged pets (should be available in a few hours). It turns out that they're completely different from items under the hood, so everything needs to be redone for them. For now, the main thing will be that you won't see a tooltip for the caged pet in the manifest, but you can at least see it and move it around.
I'm new to Baud Manifest, but I can tell you I LOVE it. That doesn't mean it's absolutely perfect, but it's the closest thing i've found for what I want to do -- so, THANK YOU Baudzilla and Erstyx!
A few questions/comments:
Here's an example: I've created categories in both my inventory and bank box lists. I have an item "Blackened Urn" in my bank box list categorized as a "Special Item". I move it to my Inventory (which also has a "Special Item" category) and the "Blackened Urn" goes to my "Grey & White" (new) category. Since it was already categorized as "Special Item" in my bank box, I expected it to go the the "Special Item" category in my Inventory list. If I move it back to my bank box, it goes back to the "Special Item" category. If I move a new item from my inventory to my bank box, it doesn't get sorted into my "new categories", but instead shows up at the bottom of the list as if uncategorized. If I already have one of the items in my bank box, subsequent additions to my bank box from my inventory will put the addition in the same category as the existing ones in the bank box -- i.e. "Moonglow Ink" is categorized in my bank box as Inscription so when I transfer more "Moonglow Ink" from my inventory to my bank box all of the "Moonglow Ink" shows up in Inscription.
I hope this is making sense.
Once again, thanks for a great mod.
