About Bitten's SpellFlash: Hunter

This module flashes suggested spells for all three Hunter specs. You can find *lots* more information on its website.

If you download using the Curse Client it will come with everything you need. If you download your addons manually, you must also get SpellFlash.

Bitten's SpellFlash modules replace Blizzard's default proc highlighting to flash the button you should press next to achieve maximum dps on a boss fight. Or if you are a tank, to maximize your survivability. For healers, they are just slightly smarter proc highlighters. Dps modules follow or are similar to priority schemes found in SimulationCraft and/or Icy Veins. Sometimes you have to be smarter than SpellFlash, e.g. when saving a cooldown for a specific boss mechanic, but in general following the recommendations will improve most people's performance.

All the rotations implement automatic AoE switching though the detection can sometimes be a touch off.

Updates for MM and BM hunter rotations

This includes a bundle of updates to the BM and MM hunter rotations.

They are now in sync with current theorycrafting.

It significantly improves prediction of focus, and about spell
availability when delayed due to lack of focus, leading to a smoother
and cleaner set of flashing.

    OMG, that was the stupidest mistake I have made in a long while.  Thanks for the report, now fixed, just pushing up new versions to make it work again.

    Dang.  Could someone with those errors please make sure that http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/bugsack is installed, and give me the *first* lua error they are hitting?  I'm not sure where the problem is, but what y'all are reporting are problems that happen *after* the very first issue which breaks things. :?

    Thanks for your patience: the new module is tagged and pushed, and should register as up to date.

    If you run into problem the new minimap / LDB icon will capture great information for sending in a bug report that lets me fix rotation issues quickly, so please use it. :)

    Yeah, sorry, the ToC bump should come up shortly.  I have a bunch of improvements but they needed testing before they were release quality.  I didn't want to drop something bad on y'all.

    If you load out-of-date addons it should work fine though.

    Stampede does not flash on beast mastery

    Stampede will flash if you have Bloodlust on you, but otherwise it is a big enough cooldown that it would spend approximately forever flashing uselessly at people -- and I can't really, in the addon, predict when you need it in the fight.

    So, uh, yeah.  It kinda doesn't flash at the moment.  Can you outline when you would like it to flash?  (Specifically, "when not on cooldown" isn't gonna happen, but I am open to other situations where it should flash....)

    OK, found and fixed the SV bug.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  It should now manage focus correctly.

    Survival isnt working with focusing shot, never flashes

    Black Arrow

    Black Arrow would flash even though I don't have enough focus. It requires 35 focus but it would flash even I got less than 35. Same goes with Arcane Shot and Explosive Shot.

    I noticed tis issue too, cobra shot never lighting up. I also noticed when practicing on test dummies that when i DESELCT my target, cobra shot then lights up. IE, it's not lighting up when you have an enemy target selected. I'd look there.
