• Elemental: Changed the conditions for Ancestral Swiftness, since it's fine to use on Lava Burst now that it has a 2 second cast time.
• Elemental & Enhancement: Adjusted the flashing while moving to take into account that Lightning Bolt can always be cast.
• Enhancement: Elemental Blast waits for at least 1 stack of Maelstrom Weapon, and turns into an optional flash while you are moving.
