About Broker_Currency

LDB display of currencies and gold totals for session / today / yesterday / this week / last week. (Same as FuBar_MoneyFu courtesy of ckknight).

This basically exposes the currency tab for all characters on a realm. You can track, for example, Justice Points by enabling or disabling those in the broker display itself, or only in the tooltip when hovering over it.

Minimalists can turn off silver and gold display as well as disable the actual icon so you get just the gold amount showing. The icon sizes are adjustable as well.

Needs localization of the Broker_Currency.toc Notes strings.

    Hi Torhal,

    Dont know if you do requests but thought id ask on the off chance. Have 4 actually hehe

    1) Any chance of an option to display either current character gold, total gold or if wanted both (which is what i do) on the panel. I currently use this & TitanGold (as this lets you show character or total but not both sadly).

    The info is in the tooltip obviously but as titan is a at a glance info bar its nice to have that info showing rather than keep bringing up a tooltip (for myself anyway).

    2) Any chance of getting character names in the tooltip coloured by class.

    3)Any chance of being able to place the titan info you select to show whare you desire on the panel. As an example i have the gold showing in one place but the token stuff in another. Currently it all just clumps together in a set order.

    4) As Klemon posted below, Icons to the left side apart from the coins.

     

    I know this is mostly cosmetic stuff & no worries if you have no desire to do any of this but thought id ask. Many thanks for all your time & effort spent on this & other projects. Happy new year sir :)

    any chance you could add options to:

     

    - not display gold/silver/copper

    - have icons to the left of values rather than the right

    is there any way to change the mouse over tooltip size? im using chocolate bars to Display this mod and its cutting off a bit of the display.

    took fudging around with other mods, disabling and re enabling this mod to get Illustrious Jewelcrafters Tokens to show up on my crafter, after he reached the level to start getting them. Odd.

    Turns out a good night's sleep was all I needed to work it out. With a slight modification, I made the LDB display match the order of currencies in ORDERED_CURRENCIES.

    do a search in Broker_Currency.lua for this line:
    if currencyList then


    Right below that, change the line:
    for idnum in pairs(VALID_CURRENCIES) do

    to this:
    for index, idnum in ipairs(ORDERED_CURRENCIES) do

    i to am having issues with the order the currencies are displayed. i tried to do your fix, but i cannot find anything even resembling the code you listed in my Broker_Currency.lua.

    i'd be glad to share with you a copy of my lua file if you'd be willing to help me out with this.

    No matter what I try, I can't get this addon to show my currencies in the order I want them. I've tried editing ORDERED_CURRENCIES and VALID_CURRENCIES lists, but it doesn't work. While it does change the order they show up in the options menu, the LDB display still shows them in the default order (which is crummy, IMO)

    Any help with this would be appreciated!

    I'm having an issue with the Dalaran Jewelcrafter's token its showing the following?

    Everything else is working fine...not getting any error, just this annoying text next to the icon

    Known issue from a few versions back - simply log in with a toon that has the JC tokens, log out, and it will be fine.
