About Broker_HealerCD
Broker_HealerCD shows the raid and tank cooldowns for all healers in your current raid and allows you to customize a healer cooldown rotation. Also displays when cooldowns are used (including tank CD's) and informs healers of when to use their cooldowns in the current rotation via whispers or raid chat.
Broker Click options
- Click - spam cooldown order to selected channel
- Shift-Click - toggle combat output of cooldowns/rotation
- Right-Click - options
Tooltip Click options
- Click - move healer cooldown up 1 level
- Right-Click - move healer cooldown down 1 level
Options
- Assignment channel - channel to output assignments (disabled if custom channel entered)
- Custom Assignment channel - see above
- Combat output - Output healer/tank cooldowns to specified channel on/off
- Combat spam channel - channel for combat output
- Whisper healers - toggle whispering to healers when cooldown should be used
- Tooltip hints - toggle hints on tooltip

First off, why is there no standalone addon that will display all raid CDs in a box that I dont have to mouse over to see.
Second, what does Dev mode do, because it didn't appear to change anything when checked or unchecked.
It is a broker addon so it wasn't my intention for it to be stand alone. Dev mode outputs debug strings to text to help me determine if things are working correctly/fix things. You don't need it.
yes seems like a good addon but also cant find another addon to see all people cd's . Also cant seem to be able to adjust the size when i change the announcement in random channel.
I tried bazooka and fortress but still cant find a way to activate the addon like in picture 3
I don't understand what size you are trying to change?? Also not sure what you mean by activating the addon? Have you joined a raid?

but i can't see pictuer3 cooldown timer.
there is no timer.
I would need the error you are probably getting then.
You can't imagine how long I have dreamt for an addon likke this one !
Unfortunately, it doesn't work for me. I can see the options menu, when in raid, the "channel announces" works when somebody (tank, heal) uses a CD but I can't see any window or tooltip to see everyones cooldowns and set rotation. (I use Fubar 3.6). Maybe because I use a French version of Wow ?
I hope I will be able to use it ^^

Got 2 issues when I tested it:
- I toggled 'whisper healers' on, and tested it being in combat on dummies while in a raid with another healer. However, even when I used my healing CD and it was his turn next, the addon didn't whisper him.
- I used Power Word: Barrier, but the addon marked Divine Hymn as being the one on CD, with a 3 minute timer
