Currently having a small issue with Bartender's latest update which has "Improve[d] Masque integration in some spots" and it's now displaying my keybind text above the button, and my macro text below the button, I love how this skin looks and I wish it could be fixed so I don't have to try and find a new one.
I have sent messages to Bartender and Masque with my problem so if you can't get it fixed, they might be able to patch it with their next release.

Ah yeah, I didn't find the previous Masque_CleanUI folder, but it was called ButtonFacade back then ^^.
I swapped them (and removed the old ButtonFacade folder itself as well, seeing that it's out of date, right? ;o)
Now, The CleanUI macro/reagent text and keybind text still is off, I don't know if it is positioned exactly right in the Beta, but on live the same problem persists: the CleanUI's are a little off, and the Dream / Zoomed are perfect.
I think it should work with cataclysm. It's only one folder, so you can easily backup the original version.
Hey, I have the same problem. Though the link that you gave states that it only works for the WoW Beta (5.x). My curse client doesn't take it either, so I'm wondering if manually installing it into my live folders will work? Before I mess anything up :p.
