About CameraDistanceMaxFactor
I like to zoom out on various encounters since Illidan, but I'm annoyed of running this macro by hand.
This addons runs
/console CameraDistanceMaxFactor 5
on startup and increases your maximum zoom drastically.

I realize I can change the config.wtf file, but I would rather use this addon.
It works in Wow 5.0.4, but I have to either change the TOC file or turn on using out of date addons.
Hi, please could someone help. I downloaded this addon, as I have found in DS that the fights are just too close and I cannot see very much.
All seemed ok, whilst just pottering around doing dailys etc., but when I raided 10 man DS tonight, I found the lag was massive.
I turned off the addon but I was still scrolled way out and nothing I have done, resolved my lag problem now, which just to be clear I have never had before.
I have a purpose built gaming pc, which was new in Sept, so works like a dream until now.
I have run /console to put to low figure, uninstalled the addon, turned every addon I have off and even run Leatrix but I am getting 2k and 3k latency now.
Please help
Does this add more distance than the in game slider under Interface, Camera, Max Camera Distance?
But if you where so tired of running the macro by hand, couldn't you just add "SET CameraDistanceMaxFactor 5" into your configuration file? That way by default, your camera's view distance would permanently be set to it's max distance.
But then again, the mod is useful. Not everyone knows about the configuration preset file or the command to change it.
