Any chance for a sound folder where we can add our own sounds? Neat mod but would really like to be able to set my own sounds.

Could you add a sounds folder for people to put their own mp3s or wav files into. Would be cool if the mod auto detected the sounds and then added them to the sounds list.

I just got to say this IS the best addon ever. My wow life is so much better now. Thank you for this addon.

How do you access the arguments for the relevant chat event using LUA execute?

aka, if I detect a guild chat message and I want to whisper the person who said it I'd need to access the second event for sender

It is not possible to use the new "set focus" at the context menu of the char.
I got an error, that this function can only be used by Blizzard UI.
Can you please fix this. :)

Does anyone know how i can monitor totems destroyed with this?

  • #85

Ok, maybe I'm missing something but how do I get this thing to monitor just plain damage from me. I want it to play a sound when I crit and I can't seem to find a setting to monitor just plain damage.

    That fixed the gray box...Thanks!

Star, check the "Lock Windows" option

I LOVE this addon and I am so thankful that you updated it for 2.0! However, I have found a bug that I have narrowed down to CEM. It leaves a gray rectangle on my screen that is the same dimension as the damage monitor. I have that feature disabled, but I still have the grayed out box on my screen.

How about a means to import/export triggers, so we can share? Writing to/reading from the system clipboard would suffice.

Please add CHAT_MSG_SYSTEM. I'm trying to add a Hello CEM_TARGET message in /g that responds to logon events it detects [PLAYER] comes online.

It's more difficult than it has to be.

I understand that CHAT_MSG_SYSTEM Messages are not always the same structure, but I'm sure there's a way to do it that is easier than what I'm doing currently.

This is a very GOOD addon. Please keep up the good work.

Torrid, I never use the dynamic key or damage monitor's click to heal features. I don't even use the damage monitor itself.

What I do use is the trigger stuff, which will allow me to say/do something in raid chat after a monster/player does a yell/action/applies or receives a certain debuff/etc. I was basically able to make my own "boss mods" on the fly. Would THAT feature be broken in WoW 2.0? If not, is it possible for you to make a new version for 2.0?

    I'd greatly appreciate it.

  • #80

That feature still works, yes. I will be releasing a version with all of the functionality that isn't broken.

Edit: Alright, I just finished making 1.16. Download it at

and let me know if you find any bugs. Thanks

    Thanks Torrid.
