I have a friend who has been experiencing the bug everywhere (not just in instances), so I expect that there are others who are also running into it outside of instances as well.

The TOC number right now is 40100, which will cause the addon to be out of date. Adjust that to 40000 in your *.toc file and it will run correctly.

I just installed this, went to do HH, still crashed. I went to the addon screen and it wasn't enabled because wow thinks this addon is out of date. Please fix this.

You can "enable out of date addons" on the wow addon screen and it will still run just fine :)

I crashed twice when I moused over the Dalaran bank seats. It was such a bad crash I had to do a hard reboot. So it isn't just instances.

In light of the character sheet tooltips issue I have restricted it to instances only as suggested. The new version is currently waiting approval.

LOL! After you said below that you weren't going to worry about implementing this, I threw your tooltip hiding script into AMFG Lazy Tooltip which already had a mode for only disabling in instances. Great minds think alike I suppose.
