About Combuctor
Combuctor is a bag replacement addon designed to help the player find things in his or her's inventory as quickly and as easily as possible.
Included Addons
- Combuctor - The main addon. Provides a replacement for both the bank and bag frames
- Combuctor_Sets - Provides basic categories for Combuctor
- Combuctor features an API for developing extra filters. You can find a list of known plugins here
Using Combuctor
Filtering
The side filters should be fairly self explanatory. Click to filter to items that match the named category. When you click on a side filter, the bottom tabs will change to allow even finer control Near the bottom left of the screen are filters for quality. Click the color of quality you want to show
Text searching: The filtering matches by name ("healing potion"), type ("axe"), and equip location ("chest")
Showing the bank and bag frames
The bank and bag frames are integrated into the interface by default. You can also set a keybinding for both of them in the keybindings menu. /cbt bank toggles the bank, and /cbt bags will toggle the inventory window
Viewing the data of other characters
With BagSync its possible to view information of your other characters. To view the items of another character, simply click on your portrait and select the character you want to view from the dropdown

Ummm yea its doing the same problem again like it did before. Some bags are not showing up again. I have tryed everything.
for many many months ive used combuctor, i love it, but the number 1 problem ki have is the view bank items never ever, worked! when i am say like somewhere not near a bank and i want to view my bank from the tab u have in the addon it never shows the items, and i dont mean for another charcter i mean for the current character i am on. why?!?!?!?!?
I'm trying to only use combuctor + bagbrother, but bagbrother doesn't work without bagnon on (so I can't use combuctor + bagbrother, only bagon + bagbrother)
I can rightclick to view my bank (but it's blank) and I can't switch between characters at all :(
No errors are popping up, so I'm quite confused as to what's happening. I had no problems when I used to use Bagnon_Forever.
Is this intended? I like the default-ish look combuctor gives me by itself, but it sucks not to be able to see my bank/my alts' items and banks.
Combuctor does not support BagBrother yet, but you can use Bagnon_Forever in the meantime.

Problem: Combuctor options pop up after closing map.
To reproduce:
1. reloadui
2. open the interface options frame
3. switch to the addons tab
4. close the interface options frame
5. open the world map
6. close the world map
The problem is that the "Main" combuctor_config panel is being created as shown (not sure how) instead of hidden. Adding Main:Hide() at main.lua line 17, right after it's created, fixes the problem.

The problem with the dropdown sticking is because somehow it's getting reparented to UIParent. Then when any cutscene ends (or hide-show UI I assume) UIParent re-shows all its children the dropdown has its Show() called.
The clever hack in main.lua to use the single dropdown for both option panels is causing the problem. I modded my copy to instantiate a separate dropdown for each panel, parented to the panel full time, and it's working fine.

Prior to 4.3 when mousing over the coin slot of an open combuctor inventory window, I could see my Justice Points and Valor points as well as my gold. But post 4.3 I cannot. is there a setting im missing or was that feature removed?
I'm getting multiple errors even after the 4.3 update. Anyone else or just me?
Hey, truly awesome addon. Don't know how I ever did without it.
Occasionally, when I have closed my map, the "Panel" heading and drop down menu from the general settings screen become visible. If I go into the interface menu and click OK they vanish, but as soon as I open my map again, same issue. Don't know if anyone else is having this issue, or if this is being caused by another one of my addons.

I'm having the same problem.
After configuring the addon simply disable the combuctor config addon and it will stop occuring, granted you cant config the addon without relogging again then but its a decent temp solution.
