Allows dominos to handle the Minimap and all it's buttons.

Random updates
7.1:Fixed various issues. Also added masque support the minimap buttons, along with the minimap itself.
7:Rewrote some code. and altered the minimap buttons.
6.1:Minor Graphical corrections.
Fixed minor issues with the old Clock Button. Removed the Quest Tracker from the addon, it now has it's own addon: Dominos_Quest.
Removed the default Clock Button... About time!!!! Made some other enhancements. Shouldn't cause "Move Anything" any more issues.
Fixed the clock button maybe hopefully.
TOC bump
More better clock button again... Made the zone text button hide/close the minimap.
Made the clock more better.
Fixed the quest tracker. WOOT!
Renamed "buttons2" as "Addons". Fixed the odd blank spaces. Re-designed the minimap bar to include the zone text, and default minimap buttons.
Fixed the WatchFrame a bit, and made the minimap buttons all the same size.
Added the WatchFrame to the works. that's the thing that tracks quests on the right side of the screen...
Added a new frame for the PVP and PVE minimap icons.
