About DualSpec DeSpammer
Replaces all of the "Learned/Unlearned Spell" spam created when switching specs with a one-line notification.
I created this when dual-spec was first released, and assumed there would be dozens similar on Curse. Someone mentioned they couldn't find any, so I posted this one. No commands in-game. Just enable at login screen and it works.
