Can someone please update the lua to show it up to date. It worked fine on the beta but is now disabled as "out of date".

Simply open the eAlign TOC-file in your addon folder with Windows editor and change the first line to read

## Interface: 50001

and it will no longer be shown as out of date.

This prob would be too complicated but a snap to grid feature would be impeccable! Anything you drag gets its top left corner snapping to the grid crosshairs.

Note for anyone who missed it, this is off for anyone who does not use a 16:9 display.
It's trivial to fix, though, just adjust the values.
For example, I use 16:10, so I changed all instances of 36 to 40, and 18 to 20 (64/36 = 1.77778, aka 16:9, but 64/40 = 1.6, aka 16:10).

You could also use Align which adjusts based on your resolution and can be found on wowinterface.com. I chose to only support 16:9 to minimize the code as much as possible because that is what I use and it is the most popular aspect ratio used.

Looks like you're incorrect. According to Steam's resolution survey conducted in July 2011 34.44% of people use a 16:9 ratio, but 40.29% use 16:10.

Cool story bro. No really, that's a good article and I actually found it interesting. But I'm not going to change eAlign. Adding the features that already exist in Align would defeat the purpose of eAlign even existing. eAlign is meant to be as minimalistic as possible. I believe it's current state achieves that goal. If you need it for 16:10 you can simply change a couple of numbers in the code as has already been described in the comments... or you can get Align which is the original and full features add-on by Akeru.

Any chance we could get an option to offset the center? I use Sunn and my character is not perfectly at the center of my monitor.

No. It is intended to be as minimal as possible. No additional features will ever be added.
