About Easy iLvl

No need to hover over your items anymore to see the iLvl on the character screen, this add-on will display it in the upper left corner of the item.

5.1.0 Release - Revised v1.4 Added Check for upgraded items. Items that have been upgraded will have there Item Level color in green.

4.3.4 Release - Revised v1.3.0 Removed current equipped iLvl from General section, This is now a blizzard feature.

4.2 Release - Revised v1.2.0 Updated Math, using ceiling instead of floor, and accounted for Warrior's Titan's Grip

4.2 Release - Revised v1.1.1 Fixed Error where a new iLvl row would be added each time the user changed zones. This fix wasn't in the previous update, sorry.

    Thank to Nion91, here is what to do (go to project site to read the original comment):

    Update for 5.4.8

    line 47

    if StackCount == 1 then if cLvl == nil then cLvl = 0 end if mLvl == nil then mLvl = 0 end uLvl = cLvl * 4 --if mLvl > 0 and mLvl == cLvl then uLvl = 8 end --if mLvl == 2 and cLvl == 1 then uLvl = 4 end tCount = tCount + ItemLevel + uLvl; tSlots = tSlots + 1; Slot:SetText(ItemLevel + uLvl); if (cLvl / mLvl) > 0.75 then -- 4/4 or 2/2 Slot:SetTextColor(0.3, 1, 0.3, 1); -- green elseif (cLvl / mLvl) > 0.25 then -- 1/2 or 2/4 or 3/4 Slot:SetTextColor(1, 0.64, 0, 1); -- orange else -- 0/0 or 0/2 or 0/4 or 1/4 Slot:SetTextColor(1, 0.9, 0, 1); -- almost yellow end Slot:Show(); end

    line 83

    iLvl.frame:SetScript("OnEvent", function(self, event, ...) if event == "PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD" and iLvl.set == 0 then iLvl.set = 1; iLvl.frame:RegisterEvent("UNIT_PORTRAIT_UPDATE"); iLvl.frame:RegisterEvent("ITEM_UPGRADE_MASTER_UPDATE"); end if event == "UNIT_PORTRAIT_UPDATE" or event == "ITEM_UPGRADE_MASTER_UPDATE" then iLvl_Update(); end end)

    Thanks for the info, I'll check into it.

    I guess I need to check for the talent and then get the average of the 2 weapons and display that as one.

    Ok, I haven't been able to test the install via the Curse Client, I created the project last night and it was not approved and available until this morning. I'm currently at work so I'll check it when I get home. I probably did something wrong since the Admin side is new to me.

    I'll also have to update it for 4.2 Since it has just been release.

    Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated.

    Thanks for looking into it :) am looking forward to it working because itll be sooo much easier to organize the guilds bank :D.
  • #5
    Guild banks? ahhh unfortunately this is only for the Character Equipment Screen, it doesn't display the Item level for items in your bag/bank/guild bank. I built this for my alts, to let me know at a glance what's the next Item I should look into replacing. And for my multi spec toons where I have multiple Item Sets.

    I'll take a look into applying this iLvl for all Icons and see its easy to implement.

    aww shucks well theres an idea for ya ^^
  • #7
    Yeah, do you use any bag/bank/guild bank addon's? This way I can test against those so that if I can implement this feature I can see if it will work with those addon's.
