heyho... i have some problems too^^ i dunno why, but my elvui (latest version) doesnt even show the option "microbar" in the actionbar options... what have i done wrong? thanks in advance

Sorry for long waiting, I'm leveling all my toons as mad :D

The options for microbar in the latest versions are in general part of actionbars options, next to the macro text, enable and font settings.

Also I feel that I need to replace some screenshots here to avoid confusion.

You know, considering that ElvUI now has it's own microbar it damn strange that you can't see it.

This addon only adds 2 options to it.

So go to the actionbars config and look below font options. Or at least update the UI itself.

Hmmm. Interesting. It shoudn't act like this, we were using the same code for sle with no problems. I'll check this tomorrow when i get home.

Could you also provide a list of addons you are using? And I'd like too know if it was after ElvUI clean install or maybe on a new profile.

Try to enable just ElvUI and Microbar. I still suppose that it can be some addon conflict.

It was just while I was standing around orgrimmar, I suppose I can try reinstalling it again...I'm also using a ridiculous number of other addons.

Ok. I've tested it. Clean ElvUI install. Only ElvUI and microbar enabled. No errors.

So you need to be more specific on when you get those. Maybe after some action (combat, crafting, etc) or some config option. Atm I can't get the error.

This is such an awesome addition to an already game changing addon. You have to really appreciate Darths' efforts to keep this addon updated with ElvUI, as things get fixed very quickly. I wish more people would follow the authors wishes and post bugs where they are suppost too, even I made the mistake once and regretfully apologized for it. I'm sure he harldy ever gets a good response on here, so I would just like to say thanks for making this addon and keeping it updated so well.

Ok. Now that is something I can work with. An actual error.

As you can see, the error referes to ElvUI\modules\skins\blizzard\help.lua line 57. Usually it happens because of patch 4.3.4. That is not a part of my addon obviously, it doesn't have any of that folders/files in it. And as you can see here this is not microbar issue, it's ElvUI's one and Elv fixed that.

Your error is nearly an exact copy of the one mentioned in linked ticket which brings up a question: did you really make an update of ElvUI to at least 3.59? The latest at the moment is 3.63. If yes, then you should report this error to Elv with mentioning the appearance of this error message after he fixed the similar one.

And the reason why the microbar can't load because of that error. It is actually a module of ElvUI, the one which is loaded after every module in original UI. And if something is causing error in the main part of addon that automaticaly stops execution of code after the line with error. And microbar is executing later than skins module. Skins error = not loading microbar. Hope that I've made it a little more clear.

Even with the latest version of ElvUi + Microbar it doesnt show up. Popups error when logging in.
