Symantec should no longer recognize the PlaylistManager as a false positive.

For some reason the player will only play my mp3 files. I have alot of tracks in original wav form that it wont play. The player will have their title visible as if its playing, but no sound comes out. Any ideas?

Looks like WoW has stopped supporting wav files as they have removed all wav files from the game and replaced them with ogg files.

  • #1035

Any plans to add a "spam to Realid" function? I'd like an option like that.

  • #1033

It seems that in the current version there is no Mac version available. In the last version it was there. When will we get it back?

  • #1036

You can use the mac version of the other version. The playlistmanager did not change in this version. I try to remember to add the mac zip file again in the future.

  • #1032

Apparently something went wrong packing the Playlist Manager into the zip file. The fixed version 3.0.5 should be available soon™.

I also had an issue when trying to run the Playlist Manager. Been using EMP for about 2 years or so now, never encountered anything like it. When I went into Windows Explorer, there wasn't the usual icon in front of the .exe file, just the standard Windows XP default icon for an .exe file. Anywho....double-clicked it like usual and got an opened, command line "DOS" window in behind the error in question. So I went up to Curse, installed the previous (working) version, and I've had no problems at all with it. I can verify that I AM using Java 32-bit, so there may be something off in the code on the new version.

I absolutely LOVE this add-on. I'm a WoW altoholic, and this add-on makes leveling all those toons MUCH more satisfying. Thanks for making it available!!!

You can use the new version with the manager from the old version. I will investigate the problem.

  • #1027

That is something then because I have 32bit java installed and recieve the same error.

  • #1028

I'm having the same issue. When I try to run the playlist manager I get an error stating that:

The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64bit) version of the program, and then contact the coftware publisher.

I did not get this error on my win 7 64bit OS until the last update.

I installed the previous version and had no issue.

I had the exaxt same problem.

I solved it by first installing both 64 and 32-bit versions of the latest java, then deleting my EMP folders, and re-installing it off of Curse (I used the Curse Client). Everything is working great now!

I did not change the Playlist Manager, it's a 1:1 copy from the previous version.
You need Java 32bit to run the Playlist Manager.

    .)Updated for 5.0
.)Added Mists of Pandaria music to the game music list.
Check out all the Pandaria music at the end of the Game Music playlist, the music is really awesome.

The one's I like most are also in the "Best of WoW" list. Number 6 to 13, enjoy:)
