Try Bison - its an addon that lets you customize all buff/debuff displays and fully supports button facade.

Any hopes for an update to this? ButtonFacade settings seem to get applied when making the selection, but are gone next login (whether that means they're not being saved on exit, or loaded on login, I'm not sure).

I have traced why this addon no longer works fully - the API for buffs has changed considerably - but have failed miserably to fix it. Beyond my current capacity!
