About fbngBuffFrame
This is a simple buff frame for my guildmate and me.
I was previously using "guSmallBuff"
The 4.0.1 coming, i choose to make my own buff frame.

Author made it French by default (instead of international English) ;)
I changed default localization language in r16-beta.
Thanks to you, Now fbngBuffFrame will include a complete localization for ruRU ^^
For the other languages, feel free to take part in the translation process ;-)

in the Options, select the bar you want to move ( debuffs / buff ) an click on show/hide anchor.
This will show you a green square (the anchor) of the bar.
Just click an drag it were you want.
To fix the bar, go back in the options and hide the anchor.

not sure how that happened but appreciate the add-on exactly what I was looking for. Many of the buff-bar add-ons currently do not allow you to cancel buffs through a right click this one does, thank you!
