About FishingAce
Simple right click casting.
Double right-click to cast while a fishing pole is equipped. Options included to enhance the various telltale signs that you've caught a fish (upping the volume, enhance the pool "sparklies") and automatically applying a lure to your pole.
Double click casting can result in lost catches in rare situations where the loot window and casting overlap. I haven't figured out if this is due to a slow computer or a slow connection, nor have I found a way around it yet.

In order for the right click casting to work, I have to manually disable "click to move" or else I get the error "can't do that while moving" because right clicking causes my character to walk forward. It is a bit of a nuisance to manually turn click to move off/on everytime I want to fish.
FA is supposed to deal with that on it's own. I will look into it - thanks for the report!

hi there , say how about with the lure option of making it also work for fishing gear like with " Weather Beaten Hat " it has a free +75 skill lure when used so maybe that it might Auto lure from that one aswell and maybe prio it if equipped ? :)

After install release 0.5.6a, double click does not cast fishing.
Sorry about that, 0.5.6b fixes the issue. Apparently LOOT_CLOSED can happen *before* LOOT_OPENED -- the addon uses a counter instead of a boolean now, so that it can tell when this happens.
After i start fishing with the double right-click, ever new single right-click does a new cast. Left-click catch the fish.
But when i put away my fishing pole, a right-click give me an error message that i don't have a fishing pole equipped. I can't change my view or direction anymore with right-click/mouse movement. A reload of the UI solve the problem.
Edit : As i read here with problems with Fish Buddy, i turn that addon off and YES FishingAce works perfectly
I updated all the lib files within FishingAce and the lock up is fixed.
This addon stopped me from loading into WoW at all on 4.3 PTR. Hopefully we can get it fixed?
I'm not having any problems with Fishing Ace! in the PTR at all. Have you tried unloading other addons? Just because the error is *reported* with FA in the stack, doesn't mean that FA is causing it. If you can find the other addon that is causing the bad interaction, I can take a look at it.
I'm also having the loading screen lock up using FishAce on 4.3 (Live)
I am finding that a few addons are causing this lockup during the loading screen, FishingAce being one of them. This is also occurring with Fubar_QuestsFu/Fubar2Broker/Fubar (dummy) for me as well. I am trying to go through my list of addons to find other culprits, but I have a couple hundred addon folders, so this may take a while.
I am also having this same issue on 4.3 Live. It's definitely causing the game client to crash during the loading process.
