About Frad's Interruption
Announces in the /say channel when you've successfully interrupted something. Also announces when crowd control breaks or wears off with the current raid marker, if one is applied to said mob. The language filter bug annoyed me, so I included a fix for that in this addon as well.

Added ability to toggle whether or not cc breaks are announced. Use the command "/fi cc" to switch back and forth.
