Any help?
I am currently only showing 1 target, 10 yd range
I'll see if I can reproduce your problem, but it does work fine on my warrior (ie. non-druid). Just to make sure, you are enabling the status in an indicator where you want it to display, correct? Also, if you are using Health Deficits and trying to display the status on a text indicator, it won't show anything if everyone is at full health (since it would just be displaying a 0).
Since this obviously isn't a heavily downloaded addon, all I really know is that it works fine for me, and I can't seem to find any reason it shouldn't be working for others. Some things to try though if you are willing:
Try version 1.1. I found an error in how the targets were sorted, but this shouldn't have caused nothing to be indicated as you are experiencing. Maybe worth a shot though.
Are you displaying Lua errors? If so, are you getting any?
Open a ticket on CurseForge and attach your Grid saved variables file and maybe I can reproduce the problem. (WTF/Account/*ACCOUNTNAME*/SavedVariables/Grid.lua)
Clear out your Interface and WTF folders (back them up first!) and run only Grid and GridStatusBestCluster and see if it works then.
